Hands down the best breakfast I have ever had in Brevard County and maybe even ever!! Owner served us and she was so nice and informative. I ordered the NY bacon egg and cheese (onion bun, 2 fried eggs, bacon, and American cheese but they have other cheeses). My husband got the Good Eatz sandwich which was chorizo (not greasy at all), fried egg, and Gouda cheese with their breakfast sauce on a fresh soft ciabatta roll. We got seasoned potatoes (seriously amazing) and fresh OJ. Prices are great for the high quality of the food. It came out so hot and fresh!! The restaurant is clean and relaxing. It’s behind CVS in a small plaza on Minton Rd. We found a new spot and will keep coming back!

Turkey blt had a delicious sauce , everyone loved their food. Potato salad was covered in dill and so tasty. Also tried a bite of the Ceaser wrap , spicy chicken sandwich and steak sandwich any of which I’d eat again.

Went to EVO for lunch. What a great place!! Shrimp Po Boy was fresh and delicious!! Super clean place all the way to the restrooms. Fantastic value. Highly recommend.
Evo offers upscale food at downhome pricing. The grouper Reuben is huge! It is so good. The shrimp corn chowder was thick and creamy. I ordered the spinach salad. Full of berries and Bleu cheese. Too much to finish. Took home the leftovers and had a second meal. I'm not used to eating this good. I'll be back.

Do yourself a favor and get the Po Boy Sandwich with onion rings. Fresh, hot, and delicious. Service was fast, too. I'm definitely going again soon.

I ordered the shrimp po' boy sandwich, fries, and onion rings. They were all delicious. Everything was fresh, hot, and crispy. I loved the sauce on the sandwich and the seasoning on the french fries. The onion rings are beer-battered and crunchy--perfect. I was very pleased with the portion sizes too. I'm looking forward to trying the Philly or the Nashville Hot next time.
