I ordered delivery last night 2/14/2026 My food wasn't edible, gooey disgusting dough not cooked! We ordered pizza ( asked for well done) Ordered Garlic knots and apple pie pizza and mozzarella . THE ONLY THING COOKED WAS THE MOZZARELLA appetizer!! My dinner was ruined! Never again will I order from here! Also not warm by the time it was delivered!

Food is delicious and the service is great. The only reason I gave it a three for the atmosphere is it's nothing fancy, just kind of like a diner inside. But that's okay because the food is more important than the atmosphere. It's laid back and there's a small bar. So far the best pizza I've had around my house.

Fire Up Pizza was absolutely awesome. We had a small delivery issue, and their customer service was amazing—friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring, which made a big difference. (Had an issue with our Uber Eats driver)

The food was so good. We tried the hot and garlic Parmesan chicken wings, bread knots, and mozzarella triangles, and everything was fresh and delicious. The garlic Parmesan wings were a standout, topped with shredded Parmesan and chunky garlic with great flavor.

Overall, a great experience with excellent food and customer service. We’ll definitely be ordering again! 🍕🔥

Situation:
I ordered a pizza online. I received a text message that the Pizza was going to be available for pick-up in 45 minutes. I received a confirmation text, but never any other updates. I called after 45 minutes to inform them that I had not received any other updates about the status of my pizza. They informed that it fell through the cracks, but to swing by to pick it up. Once I arrived, they told me that the pizza is ready.

Issue:
It seemed that the pizza was done within 30 minutes and had been sitting there for another 30 minutes. The pizza was soggy, and cold compared to a $6 pizza.

Feedback:
This location should've either keep updated through their text services when ordering online or offered to make me a new pizza. The pizza and service failed to meet expectations.

We used to order from this place every Friday. However, the prices have gotten out of control. Feta as a topping is now $5, the amount that’s on the pizza isn’t even 20 cents worth of Feta! Unfortunately for a place we used to love, this was our last time ordering.

Why does every place in Florida believe globs of mozzarella = white pizza? Obviously none know what this actually is supposed to be.. though, thin crust here is 💯 spot on.
