This location is fantastic. Pizza is so good and Wacky Wednesday prices are the BEST!! Our order was absolutely delicious ? The employee was super nice and he also was the cook that made our order. He knows how to make good food. We got a pizza, a sub and cheezy bread! Great experience and great customer service and DELICIOUS food. Thank you ? We will order again and I hope the same guy makes our food ?

My first visit to Hungry Howies. I ordered the extra large pepperoni pizza with garlic crust. The store was clean, ordering was easy, NO MILITARY DISCOUNT....which was a disappointment. The pizza was good, but next time i want the thin crust. If your goal is an eat-in place with atmosphere, this isn't it. If you want a good pizza, with a quick turnaround, give this place a try.

Terrible Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas from this location. Both pizzas were wrong. I’ve ordered cupped pepperoni and it always comes with only cupped pepperoni, but this pizza had both cupped and regular while the medium was suppose to have double pepperoni and did not so I believe the extra pepperoni ended up on the deep dish. Both pizzas were suppose to have Cajun crust but they both had some weird burnt crumb looking crust that was NOT Cajun, I couldn’t even tell what the flavor was, it was slightly sour and disgusting. I’ve ordered Cajun a hundred times and this was NOT it. I called the store and the lady only wanted to argue with me about how it was Cajun. instead of fixing the order, all she could say was “I’m sorry” which was effectively “sorry not sorry”. She would not listen to a word I was saying and I was being really polite about it, I just wanted the pizzas remade so I can actually enjoy it, I’d even drop off the bad ones. Come to find out this lady is the owner! I attempted multiple times to get this fixed and I keep hearing they will call me and then noone ever calls. I have never seen a business owner act like this, completely unprofessional. I have ordered from this location dozens of times. I did speak to an associate who told me that the owner would offer me a free topping on my next order due to the mess up, and I refused. I need to spend more money in order for them to correct the issue??! No thank you! This should have been resolved on day 1. She said "well i can only offer you this because it looks like 1 other time in the past you had a complaint". I'm thinking, Ok so I've ordered 50 other times and I have 1 prior complaint about a pizza they messed up and that somehow means I am no longer afforded good customer service? Am I just suppose to shut up and accept the mistake on my order? I'm sorry but I don't complain about small stuff, but if you mess it up, I have the right to complain because I paid for something specific and YOU messed it up and YOU should fix it. To this day they have not fixed the issue and they will not contact me, COMPLETELY unprofessional
