First off the food is good. Very impressed with the flavor and quality of this diner. Unfortunately the service is aweful. They moderately busy, and there was no one at the hostess station. We waited 5 mins before someone came by and said they'd be with us. Another 5 mins before we were seated. I had to use the restroom so I told my husband what I wanted, but the server wouldn't take his word for it, and waited for me to tell her. That added 10mins to our wait. The food was not fast coming out, but was hot and tasty. Our server never once checked on us, and basically disappeared. We were offered no refills or asked if our food was good. I had to wave down another server to get refills and asked for the check.

Stopped here this morning and was so disappointed. I ordered the turkey and stuffing and it was inedible. The gravy was oversalted and gloopy, the stuffing was super soggy and the potatoes were disgusting. Hubby ordered the donut french toast and loved it. The wait staff is great, very friendly and offered to replace my meal with something else, but it took so long for our food to come out the first time that I didn't want to wait and be disappointed again. I don't know if we will ever stop here again, but I certainly would not order the turkey again.

I usually order takeout from this place quite often. However, after having stuff missing or messed up in my order twice in a row, I took a break from ordering here. I decided to start ordering again today and took a quick peek to make sure nothing was missing. I wish I had physically checked the inside of my quesadilla because my disappointment was great to see all kinds of stuff in it when I specifically told them I only wanted chicken and cheese in it. On top of that, it was soaking wet. >.< I couldn't eat it so another wasted meal. :( I don't know what's up with Somer's. I was ordering from them atleast once a week for the longest time, but I think I am going to have to give it up since I keep getting my orders wrong from them. Such a big disappointment. :(
