Husband and I had breakfast this morning (4/3/24). We each ordered the country omelette with pancakes and grits as our sides. I’ve NEVER waited longer to be served breakfast in a chain restaurant like this. The food was awful. The omelette was overcooked and stuffed so full, predominantly with hash browns, that the egg could not even be tasted. The pancakes were burned (almost black) on the outside. The grits were good, but the bowl was filled such that the grits were running down the sides onto the table top. Lastly we observed servers wasting inordinate amounts of time chatting with customers (we counted two servers who stood by a table for appt. 20 minutes) while there were FIVE empty tables needing to be cleaned, all while customers were standing in the lobby waiting for a table! Suffice it to say, we will not be returning.

It was busy when we entered so the 20 minute wait for the table was expected. The server was friendly and took our drink order almost immediately. She returned about 10 minutes later and brought our drinks and took our food order. After waiting about 35 minutes for our order and not being able to get the servers attention I finally asked another server to check on our order. People who were seated after us were already eating by that time.It finally arrived about 5 minutes later but my granddaughter’s order was wrong. After receiving our food the server didn’t return to ask about drink refills until we were getting ready to leave. The food was very good but they definitely need to improve on the service.

Tyler & his sister work very hard to make this place better than an IHop. All of the wait staff, Pam, Annie, Christina, Cricket are striding out to seat people then getting drinks and meals. The management is on the job and it shows in the service we got. We're from Michigan and have traveled thru the south frequently. You cannot find a better place for breakfast. We have eaten at this place for a month straight. Wish it was in our state.

It was a nice place for lunch brunch. I still felt like I was inside of an IHOP because that's what it used to be but the food was just fine. The waiting staff was prompt, courteous and took care of our every need. Even gave us cups to go for the drinks. Try them out. I don't think you'll be disappointed. Enjoy...

I am editing my initial review of this business after going here several more times since I wrote the initial review. As a group we used to come here weekly, but no longer do. The last few times we have been in, the food is cold upon arrival at the table and the service has become lacking. There are many newer wait staff, so this may be the issue. But we have just quit going.Menu is diverse, and there are many choices from breakfast, sandwiches and entrees.Usually busy, so be patient.

Stopped by for brunch on the way to Miami. There was a wait which I was not expecting but we were seated quickly. If Cheers had a diner in SW FL this is it. Great coffee. Great Omelettes and burgers. And the wait staff clearly care about each other.
