They're back! The team that brought Miami Beach a modern Italian eatery that soon became the locals' “go-to” spot 15 years ago, owners George and Traci, recreated their gastronomical magic with Jolie American Bistro in Palm Bay, FL. We found Jolie’s on a Google search after the dreaded question no couple enjoy’s hearing or asking one another… ”where do you want to go for dinner?”
When we realized Jolie’s had high ratings and was 3 minutes from the house, we had to try it. They did not disappoint! The food was phenomenal and service was friendly and attentive. We are already talking about what we’d like to try on our next visit. Highly recommend! 10/10!

Jolie American Bistro Restaurant is a top-notch, family-owned hidden gem and a great new date night spot with a cozy atmosphere and perfect vibe. The food is amazing, dependable, and delicious every visit, with a passion for quality evident in every bite. The menu features exquisite dishes such as cedar plank salmon with asparagus and potatoes, a strip steak noted as one of the better locally, and fantastic pizzas like the Vesuvio and the Fungi & Truffle. The pizza dough and crust are a real winner, with fantastic taste and a satisfying chew. Pasta dishes and meatball appetizers are also hits. For dessert, the award-winning chocolate cheesecake is incredible, unique, and highly recommended, along with classic cheesecake and tiramisu. The brioche bread is also amazing. The establishment is well furnished and clean. While the food is very good with a lot of potential, service experiences vary; it can be incredibly attentive and friendly, but at other times seems average or inattentive. The restaurant is open early on weekends. Located in Palm Bay with a view of the river, it is a dependable place for an exquisite and delicious meal.
