I thought that Mrs. Paula was such a pedantic, rude and unkind man. I started reading the previous comments and I experienced all the bad ones. I grew up in a Colombian neighborhood all my life in NY. The Paisa trays all come with a fried egg. I ordered an empanada and They bring them to me together with the food I ask the other waitress, I imagine it's Vicky from reading the comments, she was serving a couple next to me, it seems that Vicky is Paula's partner, they both have the same bad temper, I ask her to give me one. bag to go and he gave me spicy, he brought everything except the spicy, the restaurant was full, full, lady, if you are already leaving bad reviews for the bad service, it is time to hire more people, if you do, kind and smiling girl, not macho with a bad attitude like Your bad service hits like a flu. I hope for your bad response as you usually respond to reviews.

We love going here as a team after our weekly meetings! The food is absolutely outstanding and I always leave with leftovers for my dinner. If you have yet to enjoy La Estancia De Luisa, you are missing out!

As a customer of over 13 years, I have seen quality in food and services fluctuate. The food is the best in palm Bay for sure. You wont find anything closer to homemade (real food) with such great flavors. My only complaint is the spotty service. It's disappointing not to know what quality we will receive when we order take out.
