It says they close at 11:00 but I came at 10:27 and they were closed . I called ahead to place an order & was told they don’t take phone order the last hour before closing that I would have to go in and order . So that’s what I did just to get here and they are closed even though the hours posted on the door say they close at 11:00 this is an inconvenience I just wasted my time coming here smh do better little ceasers. If you’re not gonna stay open until the hours you have listed then change the hours !!$!

I have no quarrels with any of the customer service, it’s all very basic and what you’d expect from a restaurant. This review is based purely off the food. The pizza itself is fine, it’s just the crazy bread. I’ve been coming to this place for years and the thing I’d be most excited about would be the crazy bread. For about 3ish years now, every single order of crazy bread has had little to no garlic on them, and has been slightly overcooked. It’s just plain bread. Everytime I order from here I get one bag as opposed to the multiple I used to get for the HOPES of it being properly buttered with garlic. Each time, I’m left disappointed. If you try to ask for more garlic there’s an up charge that’s completely unreasonable as the only reason you’d ask for that in the first place is to actually get a taste of garlic, (which should have been there in the first place). I don’t know why this changed, but if it went back to how it used to be I’d be a customer here way more than I am now.

Had to call 4 times 3 from my number an then one from someone else number me an someone else talk to them the first guy told her to call customer service but there closed on Saturday smh or to try again online we did both the web site said call the store for the 4.99 or w.e the new deal is for the pizza now I call the first guy tells me to take a breath I told him I’ve been taken breaths all day I just would like to speak to a manager he hung up on me I call back then next guy put me on mute an doesn’t say anything about putting me on mute so me thinking now this guy hung up on me now that’s twice in my mind so now I call for the 3rd time now a lady store manager finally picks up I explain it to her all I get was a sorry an she will talk to them but guess wat I still never got my pizza smfh we’ll I vented all done I bet Thai will sit here and nothing will be done or I’ll get a comment back saying sorry lmfao 🤯
I asked for cheese puff. They did not any available. They will prepare for me. Now that will make it, I asked, if can make it without sauce. He refused. I asked if can be at least light sauce. He refused again. No customer service at all. At the end, he made it light sauce. Why go to all these bad moments? I could go to Marco's pizza across the street.

The manager working at 12:45pm on November 3rd, 2024 named Robert is incredibly rude in store and on the phone. Waited over 35 minutes to get our food just for it to be wrong. I called explaining the situation and the workers sit there and act like I’m the one in the wrong.. never have been treated so terribly by a place we are PAYING. If I could give 0 stars i would. Can’t even get my food replaced once I get off of work.
