Had a bad experience here a yr ago, haven't been back. Today I gave them another shot. Horrible! I have always like LC but this location is not it. One pizza was cut like a jigsaw puzzle the other had no sause and the crazy bread was cold. The crazy Puffs were good. But not good enough to ever go back. ?

Can’t ever get our order right. Takes an hour every time we go here. Kids have on headphones and no one wants to wait on you. Just standing around, never heard one person say, can I help you.

Ordered delivery and the order was incomplete. The best they could do was a 15% refund, however the amount of items missing was 25%. So they made 10% off my order they didn't deliver. May have only been a few dollars but the fact that they refused to make their mistake right is what bothers me. Will not order from here again with so many other options available.

Do not order delivery if you order anything that can’t be put into the portal for pickup. Multiple times, I’ve ordered pizza, bread and sauce. The delivery drivers only pull the orders from the portal and do not pay attention to the amount of items in the order. Therefore, they miss any sauces or drinks. Once questioned, the drivers say it is Little Caesar’s fault. Little Caesar’s blames it on DoorDash, DoorDash blames it on Little Caesar’s. In the end, it is the customer who is out. I had this issue in December and I have yet (2/15/24) to receive the promised refund. Should I have made this save stupid mistake again, Of course not. Save yourself the hassle from delivery.

Pizza was very greasy

Horrible ordered delivery and they literally forgot a whole pizza I don’t see how it could be so hard…….blows my mind damn kids.

Ordered online waited until the expected time passed 15 minutes drove there 10 minutes. Went inside and they stated its being made now ot will be done in 5 to 10 minutes. We are at 25 minutes at this point. Went inside after 13 minutes they said its being made now, so a total of 38 minutes passed still not in the oven. Demanded refund. My app showed my pizza in the oven 3 times. Horrible place just stay away

Never come here on a Saturday!..30 mins to get order!

Ok so the pizza isn't bad. BUT the delivery through Door Dash is hit or miss. You may get hot pizza, may get cold...its a gamble! Lol. And there is no way to rate your Door Dash driver after they deliver or revoke your tip. So thr driver can do pretty much deliver whenever they want and you can't do anything about it because you already paid and tipped on the Caesars app. Pick up the pizza yourself. DOOR DASH SUCKS!
