This is a new review on top of my old review you can read my older view on the bottom once again I tried this McDonald's and I sat at the drive-thru for 15 minutes with someone just at a very low tone of voice that you could barely hear them saying the word hello waiting about 2 more minutes even though you were trying to talk to them and make an order and saying the same thing again over and over and would not listen I pulled around I went inside no one would take my order no one was at the counter everybody's in there acting as unprofessional as you could imagine they were touching their face and their hair and their clothes and then touching food people didn't have gloves on touching food none of the dress attire was even followed properly you had pants sagging with underwear out hats spun around sideways people cracking dirty jokes and saying nasty words I could get no one to take my order if there were people in the lobby screaming and yelling no one was asking them to even be quiet or considerate of anybody else again the store was the most dirty disgusting store I have ever been to and I'm not lying here this is an honest to God review it has nothing to do with me being upset even with the service, on top of that when I asked for someone to please take my order I was told I had to hold on a second that they be busy out back and can't be taking my order that's how it was spoken to me I would advise anyone that wants to go to this McDonald's I think again eitger for the fear of food poisoning or the absolute disrespectful nasty customer service and I can't believe that the owner of this franchise restaurant would not even respond to review or try to fix their store it has got nothing but worse over the years period here's my old review
One of the dirtiest most broke down McDonald's I've been in and they haven't improved in years especially the play place I'm surprised people don't rambly get sick in there or someone hasn't gotten hurt constantly forgetting orders in the drive-thru and definite attitude problems when you let them know they made a mistake

If I could give this McDonald's 0 stars I would. We just tried to go through the drive thru. We went to the outside speaker and 3 other cars in the other lane were served and we were never waited on. We patiently waited almost 10 minutes and left. When we drove around the building, there was nobody waiting in the drive thru for food. It would have been different if they were very busy, but that wasn't the case. You suck.

Literally gave our debit card away to the wrong person and let them drive off. 0/10 never go here it's always some burnout with a attitude messing something up. It's not the principle of it being an easy fix of "disabling the card" it's the fact that now for the rest of the day finances have to be shuffled for the month over someone not paying attention at mcdonalds. Very lucky a police report will not be filed, I understand stuff happens but this is SUPER SHADY. Corporate if you see this please contact me thanks in advance!

I haven’t been to McDonald’s since my last visit at this particular location six months ago, and I don’t plan on going back. I waited 35 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich and hash brown—at McDonald’s, of all places! When I politely asked about the delay, I was ridiculed instead of given an answer. Is this the new norm? Because if it is, I’ll just eat at home.
The food was fine once I finally got it, but no sandwich is worth that wait or that attitude—especially at these prices. I can make the same meal in my air fryer in five minutes without the frustration. So, McDonald's is officially off my list.

The place needs some updating and overhaul their monitors that you can see the menus are somewhat on the fritz so it's hard to see what they have and selling so they really need to fix it the staff looks so overworked running back and forth They need to have more help or manager should try to organize things better

Waited almost an hour for our food is crazy. It’s supposed to be fast food. They had no lids stocked up. The fries were cold when we asked for no salt so they were fresh and they wasn’t! They had salt!!!!

The young kids that work there are fantastic. But the manager !!!!! Boy oh boy , she needs to work somewhere else . We waited an hour for our to go order , and the lady was doing nothing but complaining the whole time about her job. Maybe ?? Work somewhere else ??? Service is only a 3 because of the young gentleman that work there !

I went through drive thru and ordered food they decided to put all my food I ordered in one bag which it was a big order when I asked the guy at the window if everything was in my bag he said yes. I tried to check it but everything was just falling out and going everywhere. So I get home and of course I’m missing stuff and I’ve tried calling them over and over again and they won’t even answer the phone there.
