I guess this mcdonald's is never going to serve milkshakes again. It's been months. Ridiculous! I just drive over to burger King get my meal and a milkshake

Took my Great-granddaughter to get her an ice cream but the machine was out of order. Went there again today and the Ice cream mashing is still out! So no Ice cream no Milkshake. That's just ridiculous.

Service was horrible. The crew in the back must all be friends, and my burger had black dots as well as the cheese. They burnt my bread, fries were cold, and my nuggets were hard like cardboard. Soda was the only good thing about this place. Horrible.

Cheers to Rico (aka Rico Suave) and Mya! Great customer service and professionalism in adversity. While dealing with a drive through down on both lanes, these 2 restaurant service industry leading teammates went far above expectations. Well done. 10 out of 5 star experience🌟
Unfortunately, the experience at this McDonald's is almost always bad. The staff does not check the orders and they rarely come out well done. One pays for something specific and receives something else. Better training and supervision are needed. 👎🏿
