I was trying to pick up a late night meal, i simply said i want to pick up a mobile order and the guy goes blabbering on about how a mobile order works and I cannot pickup for doordash/ ubereats. I said I got a code for my order and he continues to explain what my mobile order is for. I don't care about any of that, i just want my food. Then he tells me my food isnt available for pickup and then goes on to explain more about how my money is on hold and that my food isn't actually ordered and that I would need to place another order to get what I want. Like what??? My money isn't on hold if it have withdrawn it already from my bank! Please don't have people who just waste our time to order a fast food. You want a conversation, let's have one, but why do they got to explain the whole drive-thru encyclopedia for a late night meal.

I placed a mobile order at McDonald’s for two Deluxe Spicy Chicken meals and one McChicken, and somehow they managed to mess up a simple order. After waiting more than 20 minutes, I finally got my food — only to find that the McChicken sandwich was completely missing. No apology, no explanation, just wasted time and frustration. This was an absolutely terrible experience, and it completely defeats the purpose of using mobile ordering. I’m seriously disappointed and won’t be trusting this location again.

Spend 45 minutes in the drive through for the wrong order and the food that is given to you is gross and slopped together. You also get to spend far too much money for the experience. This locations sucks.

Be careful with using the lady's restroom in this place, I went in to use the bathroom with my daughters and an employee woman came out of one of the stalls and apologized, I guess for the wait, when I came out of the bathroom I saw the same employee again and that's when I realized it was a dude with make up and wig on. I do not appreciate a man using the lady's room.

Keeping it simple.. I don't appreciate a male employee who thinks he's a girl coming out of the girls bathroom when my two young girls are there..

Food is as good as other McDonald's. But their line is slow, especially after dinner. Breakfast moves quick. Lunch lines move decent. But, it is quicker to go to the Hibiscus location at dinner, or night. The line is slow.

It would appear the seamless process that McDonald's corporation has developed to keep this show moving. This particular branch has taken it upon themselves to adjust the companies policy. I am under the impression McDonald's is supposed to be a fast food restaurant and should not take 30 minutes for one of their big macs ordered on the mobile app.

Worst experience at a McDonalds I’ve ever had. i sat the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken, mean while other customers that were JUST pulling up to the other lane were getting their orders taken right away. Who ever was working the window on November 16th at around 10 am needs to be fired.

Not much to expect from fast food but a 36 minute wait inside & a line in drive thru wrapped into the UHaul parking lot is crazy. Kids meals don’t come in boxes, they miss half the order, had the worst customer service when asking where the remainder of the order was. Never gave drinks. Forget the toy as well. The GM needs to have way higher expectations for their workers. Fast food or not. With as many McDonald’s around them, you’d think they’d be ran a bit better.
