Just went through and asked for cooked to order fries. When I got home I open the bag to see the fries are soggy old and EXTRA salted. Not to mention the fact that we were hardly acknowledged when we paid just thrown our card back without so much as a thank you and when we were given our food it was shoved at us and through the window and they closed the window on us before we could even say anything. Now that I'm opening the burgers it looks like they were sitting in their boxes for a while. This place just sucks all around.

Had a gift card, ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal, they told us to pull up to front widow and left us for 20 minutes. No apology. We sat and watched a dozen others drive off. I don’t eat McDonalds so I won’t miss it, the person the food was for May go back, who knows but that was the most ridiculous, unprofessional, horrible service. They don’t deserve our money or time

I went through the drive-thru, I Ordered pancakes. I Didn’t get any butter, no syrup. Do you really have to ask for that when you order pancakes? My sausage biscuit was a mess. The biscuit was like smashed and crumbled. My frappe was perfect. Got no silverware, No napkins.

Ordered a triple cheeseburger and used a code for the $1 10 piece. Apparently they: “don’t know what code is received and you have to tell them the item with the code is used for” which is false. I just used the app for a $1 fry earlier that day elsewhere and i didn’t have to say anything. Anyways, they make me go around to re order for the code to be used. The person at the window acted he didn’t know my order when I had JUST ordered and asked if I had a receipt when he didn’t even give me one in the first go around. Afterwards, I get home and the triple cheese burger was dry like its been sitting under a heat lamp, barely any sauce or cheese. Then I open my *10* piece nugget and received 8* that were not cooked all the way. I'm sorry, but, I’ve come to this McDonald’s a total 4* times since its on the way to my house and didn't have an issue until tonight. Wasn’t even busy either. Just lack of common sense, brain dead, and laziness. IF YOU GO AT NIGHT : "say the code / item" and sit at the window to make sure you have the correct fulfilling items before pulling away! Otherwise go to any other McDonald's, the Sanro one is the best!

I ordered a hamburger for $1.79. It was the worst hamburger I've ever had in my life!! Cmon !!! Are you so cheap you can't even make a regular hamburger anymore that tastes good ? I've been a customer of McDonald since forever . Shame on you !!! It was dry, smaller than a Krystal Burger ( that's saying a lot ) and no different from eating cardboard!!!! No wonder fast food is suffering!! I just moved here from Orlando your food is horrible compared to McDonalds in Orange County . Are you so rich you don't care about poor people who can't afford an expensive hamburger?? Shame on you . You've lost a lifelong customer.

This place can’t get your order right. You order food, it populates in their screens and they still mess it up . God forbid you order thru Uber eats they really miss it all. Today is Friday 12/6 and I ordered a ton of food all of which populates on a screen and they missed 2 of the 5 meals I ordered. They have one job and can’t even get that right.
I came here, very first time coming here, and I ordered the McDouble $5 meal (extra onion), they mess up my sandwich and give me a hamburger extra pickle extra ketchup. I say cool it’s fine, go thru the drive thru to have them correct it. They have me waiting 15 minutes at the most for one sandwich. Paid it no mind. Came back the next day. Ordered the exact same thing! Leave drive thru, and they didn’t put my nuggets in the bag. I go inside have them fix it. Leave to get ready to enjoy my food and there are no extra onions on my burger. I always give 2nd and 3rd chances so if I come here a third time and my order isn’t right I’m never coming back. This is ridiculous.

I understand now why this McDonald's has really bad reviews, the staff are very rude, when you are ordering it is like they are mad and frustrated without reason and when you are trying to speak with the manager is worse, they don't care about the customer and are very dirty inside, worse McDonald's ever.

I really despise that this is the closest McDonald’s to us. We’ve been maybe 3/4 times tops (in hopes that it will be better) and every time it is AWFUL. Sit in the drive thru for 10+ minutes before anyone acknowledges, food is always missing, and the employees are hateful as can be.
