Our steak was a breakfast steak until my brother said this was not a dinner steak and they immediately gave him the proper size w/out question. Can u say 'Trying to pull a fast one". My fish was ice cold in the center and we were told that is how seared fish comes. Doesnt matter it was tasteless as was the steak. Plus I felt like was eating in the middle of a night club for the music blaring so loud. I asked the DJ (yes a DJ plays music in the dinning area) to turn it down so we didnt have to holler at each other across the table to be heard. He responded other (drunk) diners asked him to turn it up. So you turn off dinner guest bc a drunk wants to dance in the dinning area??? Doesnt matter the food was so awful we would never go back anyway. He did turn it down for the first 10 minutes then we noticed we slowly had to speak louder and louder until we found ourselves literally hollering at one another again, to be heard. Little chinless prick slowly elevated the music - As tho we wouldnt notice.

It has no atmosphere like going to get an oil change no bar tender no music no welcome feeling. Can't compete with big restaurant's need to change to draw different clientele

This was the worst. Been to Ozzie's all the time and used to have the best crabs. Not any longer. The clams like rubber, oysters like rubber, snow crabs overcooked and salty and the Maryland crabs were mush. The worst experience. Server couldn't remember anything and there was NO ONE in the resturant. Ozzies has gone down hill. HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICES. Manager only refunded 1 meal out of 3. Asked for the owner and he wasn't in. The COOK NEEDS A NEW JOB. HORRI LE FOOD. $47 per meal and it wS HORRIBLE

I don't even know where to start. We got this place as a recommendation from somebody but honestly I don't know why. Tables were dirty, atmosphere was very weird and we overall just felt uncomfortable. We ordered potato skins to start while we were deciding. We ended up just eating the skins and leaving because we didn't feel comfortable eating there. $7 for a potato cut in quarters with cheese and some bacon. Oh and packets of sour cream. Left $15 in cash and left. No fault to the server because she was sweet. Felt bad leaving but just didn't want to eat there.
Fun atmosphere and neat decor....beer cans lined the walls and let me tell you there was more kinds of beer made over the last century than I ever knew existed?.....it was crazy! Anyway, the food was good. However, for the price I felt like the crab legs could have been a little more meaty.

Server was nice- food wasn’t so great, sea scallops were the size of a dime very disappointing- atmosphere iffy, felt kind trapped was dark and can’t really see outside-

I used to go to Ozzie's all the time and loved it. But it's changed for the worse, I do not recommend going there anymore.The crab prices have gone up, but the size of the crabs have gotten smaller. If you get any crab/platter, there is an automatic 18% service fee added to your bill. Plus a 75 cent per person convenience fee (don't know what the heck this is). The service was lousy and the server provided inaccurate information about the crab options available. The crab we got was small and over cooked (rubbery crab legs we had to cut with knife because they would not crack). The place wasn't that busy when we got there and it took a long time for food to arrive. Our appetizer came when the main meal came ("Its not my fault, I don't normally go to the kitchen" - the server). The sides didn't come when the entrees showed up, we had to ask for them and they took another 10 minutes. We ordered a pitcher of beer, was told it was out, but we should try this other one not listed on the menu, which turned out to be literally double the price and was never told the price till the bill came. But at least after we left the table to wash our hands, as we were leaving, the waitress came up and finally brought us a wet naps that she "remembered we have".I loved Ozzies, but I hated this experience. Bad service, bad food, overall frustration with the entire meal. Place has gone downhill. There are other crab joints in town. Farewell.
