The manager Jay was on point with his service and proactiveness. It was super busy but him and his staff maintained and kept pushing. Every employee was extremely nice despite the craziness and being overloaded with orders .. it was around 7pm on November 5th drive thru inside and online orders slammed. Food was still fresh and maintained with no wait. 10 plus stars!

This place is awful
I order a big plate with a Coke and a bowl with sweet tea, but this is the third time they forget to put the bowl for the Uber Driver and then when I called the store asked for the manager, the same exact reason she gives me all the time that they are busy And they must’ve missed to put the bowl in the bag how hard it is to read a ticket and make sure that four items is in that bag. The first time is OK the second time I let it slide but third time that’s just flat out awful

The crispy sesame shrimp n beef its meh they just combined thier Mongolian beef n honey walnut shrimp and just removed the walnuts.
Drove all the way home with an app order and they didn't even give me my entree, tried calling and they won't answer the phone

I went through the drive through this evening. I sat in line for 19 minutes then longer at the order box. The person that finally took my order was then rude . There were 4 people that I saw working and only 2 customers at the counter. This is poor service.
