Papa Johns Pizza

The people here are so rude and dead inside it’s crazy. I went up to the counter. There was only two people here working understandable. I’ve definitely worked pizza before. I understand how it is. They said they’ll be right with me, but he said it’s so disrespectfully and then he was literally doing nothing. He was standing there for around 10 minutes and then he finally addressed me. I don’t know, dude I’m not here to snitch on him. Just have a better attitude. I don’t wanna order from this location again.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed with a pizza with everything on it. It should’ve had immense flavor of different kinds, but all I tasted was a faint trace of sauce and the dough. How is this even possible? Even when I took a bite That I knew a pepperoni was in there it was flavorless. 🤷‍♂️ Needless to say my search for a good pizza continues.

Worst place ever. I ordered a large pizza and the guy told me 20 minutes. I waited for an hour while everyone else get their's and when I asked the guy told me 20 more minutes. I asked for a refund and the guy had an attitude. Never going back there

Avianna assisted me and she is an absolute rockstar! Her customer service skills are more than on point, and she even helped carry our large order to the car while maintaining a big smile! I assumed she was the manager but she informed me she is relatively new to Papa John’s . Completely fooled me!! She will be a great leader one day!! Thanks again Avianna!!

Couldn’t even speak to a real person to order a pizza it was AI which was super hard to understand and it’s giving me the incorrect time for picking up. Super frustrating experience and took way too long to make a simple order via phone. I’ll stick to places where I can speak to a real person.

Papa John's doesn't put enough sauce on their pizza, and trying to explain that was too time consuming, so I quit trying. Otherwise, I enjoy Papa John's Pizza and staff.

My husband and I had a rough day, decided to get Papa John's Pizza delivered, this place is literally 8 maybe 10 minutes away. 35.00 with tip for a Pizza, that I was told would take 30 to 40 minutes, took an hour and 15 minutes. Pizza was barely warm. We ordered from here probably a year ago and now remembered why we don't order from there. Nothing has changed, hate that most if the phone call is automated. I can go down the road, get a super hot pizza made from stratch and delivered in 20 to 30 minutes. Won't be back this location

Horrible rude staff. Manager TJ wants to give me an education on why his store doesn't accept MasterCard when the charges are still on my account. Condescending. Asked for a corporate contact number was given store phone number. Called and hung up on. Very frequent customer that won't be back. Put TJ back on the line where he belongs

Took no more than 15 minutes to go from ordering, to pizza being ready. And it was delicious!
