My pizza was soaked in it's own juices. They did refund me for it but originally they were going to make it again but they made it wrong. It wasn't a very good experience. Then they tried pushing me again to let them remake it but I told them several times I just wanted a refund and they finally gave it to me. I wouldn't recommend.

Just got my pizza. Spent $40 here which included a 20% tip. The pizza was undercooked. Tastes like dough. Waited over the time for it too. Very disappointed. Ordered delivery due to not feeling well or I would have picked up myself. This needs to be my last time ordering here.

The people here are so rude and dead inside it’s crazy. I went up to the counter. There was only two people here working understandable. I’ve definitely worked pizza before. I understand how it is. They said they’ll be right with me, but he said it’s so disrespectfully and then he was literally doing nothing. He was standing there for around 10 minutes and then he finally addressed me. I don’t know, dude I’m not here to snitch on him. Just have a better attitude. I don’t wanna order from this location again.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed with a pizza with everything on it. It should’ve had immense flavor of different kinds, but all I tasted was a faint trace of sauce and the dough. How is this even possible? Even when I took a bite That I knew a pepperoni was in there it was flavorless. 🤷‍♂️ Needless to say my search for a good pizza continues.

Worst place ever. I ordered a large pizza and the guy told me 20 minutes. I waited for an hour while everyone else get their's and when I asked the guy told me 20 more minutes. I asked for a refund and the guy had an attitude. Never going back there

Avianna assisted me and she is an absolute rockstar! Her customer service skills are more than on point, and she even helped carry our large order to the car while maintaining a big smile! I assumed she was the manager but she informed me she is relatively new to Papa John’s . Completely fooled me!! She will be a great leader one day!! Thanks again Avianna!!
