Papa Johns Pizza

Pizza was underdone. Bunch of shlop. 2 years ago i said the same thing about this location. Make the pizza, put it in the oven and let it cook ! Sheesh. Can i make it myself? Because i can. Crust so soggy that it cant even hold the toppings if holding the slice. Horrible. I can teach you some tricks for better pizza Papa Johns.

I really pray the owner sees this, the pizza gave me and my entire family food poisoning it’s like they put a bunch of laxative in the pizza…. Do not eat here I’m warning you!

Called to place an order and got a call center in another country. Arrived to pick up pizza and guy behind the counter was confused as to how to accept my payment. Had to remind them of my request for additional sauce and pizza was OK, not a great pizza. What happened?

Went to pick up my order and after entering, had to wait for about 3 minutes before I was acknowledged by a worker asking if I'm picking up. Tommy the manager on duty immediately told him to focus on what he was doing and continued rolling a dough. I walked outside to my car and informed my wife about the customer service. Upon re entering I was now acknowledged by Tommy and I promptly asked for a refund due to poor customer service. I was duly refunded with no apology, meanwhile a huge worker was noticed coughing in his hands and continuing to roll dough. This is my last visit to that place! BTW Tommy himself dropped his dough and casually picked it up and continued rolling.

Terrible customer service communication. Plus order extra sauces cheese and garlic paid for all of them Got 0 zero none. Called girl told me straight up it’s not our problem. Can’t do nothing for you !!!! paid for 10 sauces. By the way we are not corporate. Never again will I order anything from this Bayside lakes Papa John’s. Lost my business.

I have never submitted a google review complaining but I am still shocked at the horrible experience I had tonight. I ordered breadsticks with cheese sauce. I ordered six extra cheese sauces. My husband is allergic to pizza sauce so this is how we order pizza. I spent 45$. When it arrived none of the cheese sauce was in the box. I called and said very nicely, her you forgot my sauce can you please bring it, we cannot eat the food without the sauce. The man said no but I’ll refund you for the sauce. I said oh no, that won’t work…we cannot eat this food without the sauce. He said no I don’t care I’m not refunding your order all because it’s missing sauce. I said sir I will bring all this pizza back there for a full refund bc I cannot eat it without the sauce. He said you can bring it but we don’t want it either and I’m still not going to refund you. I said you’re going to make me drive all the way up there and you won’t refund me ? He said I’m not making you do anything. I said what is your name? He said I don’t give out my name. I said your first name? He said no. I said what? Ok what is the managers name? He said nope I don’t give out his name either it’s a papa John’s policy. I said whaaat in the world. Okayyy when can I call and speak to him because this cannot be real. He said he who will not be named will be in Friday morning. I cannot believe this is real policy. I called the corporate number and they claimed this is not policy and would submit this and have someone contact me in 24-48 hours. I have been ordering from this store since 2016 they can see my history why would they not refund me for food I cannot eat and would never have ordered. Especially if I’m willing to bring the entire order back in. This is not okay. The entire experience is not okay. The fact that nobody would give me the stores managers name is also pretty crazy. I will say in spite of all of that the man on the phone was not mean. He was just very matter of fact and refused to understand my pov. I think it’s pretty clear I will never order there again. Again very unfortunate.
