Warning!! I found something black and hard like burnt plastic in my food. I brought it to their attention and they said it was tofu that burned in the fryer. They offered no discount or any other type of customer service to rectify the situation. I kindly reminded them that burnt food is not edible and I could of chipped a tooth, that's how hard the debris was. I paid full price for my food and no manager or authority figure ever came out to apologize. Only the waitress. I will never return again.

I called 7 pm "hi do you have pho soup with tendon today"? Yes we have. ""Ok I'll be there in 15 minutes. I arrive the place and the lady told me they don't have soup, I told here why if I just call asking about pho soup and she told me that someone come and have the soup ?. I use to go there once a week to have soup, but not anymore, this was so disrespectful.

Customer service was bad, we weren't able to enjoy our food because the server was so disrespectful. She was in a hurry to get rid of us, she interupted us while we were eating and kept on asking if we we're done when it's obvious that we're not because there we're still food in our plates. I don't understand why she was rushing us when we were the only customers at that time in their place at around 3pm in the afternoon. We also didn't stay too long, approximately less than 45 minutes only including the waiting time for the food preparation. We never experienced this kind of treatment from other branches before. We will never come back to that place.

Place looks great online but hours are incorrect on Google maps: it is 11:15 am on Monday and the place is locked and dark. I was disappointed.

Too bad I can’t leave a 0 star. I’m taking them to small claims. I got screwed out of $15 + dollars. I don’t understand their language and it’s ridiculous how they got the menu. Lousy service! Will not be back!!! Refused to make order right and I meant #7 not a #9. It may have pictures and English words but those words are small.
Food packed sufficient flavor particularly the spring rolls. My sister had soup which she was disappointed with because of the inaccurate description. The restaurant was also warm despite the air conditioner and fans. Our server was attentive and friendly.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of non-meat dishes to choose from.
This was my first time having Vietnamese cuisine. I liked that the menu had pictures of all the meals. It made it easier for me to know what I was getting. The service was great, because I ordered a dish that I didn't know had peanuts until it was brought out. They gladly remade the dish.
The food here is very inconsistent. I guess depended on the day you may get good or soggy food. The original pho viet is definitely better.

I have been here three times. The first time I had VERY terrible service but the food was good. The second time I came with my other half, the waitress was VERY VERY nice! Then today, as I sit here writing the review I am still here! The waitress AGAIN was very very rude like I should not be here! I am wondering if she is part owner because I can’t imagine management allowing this treatment! It’s not a better then treatment it should be a warm welcome, do you have any questions, instead of vicious blue contact eyes looking at you like your stupid! Please management you will loose a lot of business from just one person and that is her! Plus today my food was cold. I don’t post a lot of reviews but I had to today because she does an extremely good job of making you feel unwelcome!
