We dined in @ 4:20 p.m. on 10/10/25 & ordered a large 5 topping pizza @$15.99 and it was aweful.The appearance of the pizza was very dry, you couldn't taste the pepperoni, from the vegtables ( onions, mushrooms, hamberger etc.) The crust was good but it should have had butter on it. It was a terrible experience as the Hut was the GOAT @ one time. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this food, because it's not worth it. Trust me!

Ordered wings, they were tiny, and missing one. Called resturant, they insisted on sending out a new set with all the wings and asked that I return the uneaten ones. So my families meal was cd as they waited for delivery of new wings. Unheard of, bad bad customer service. We will not be back

I called through my relay interpter and this woman respond me rudely hung up on me because she did not give me a chance to order food and she rushed me on my phone . This place have no respect diaablity . I am disablity . Not professional

The food is usually good once you get it. However, currently there is one person working while everyone else does nothing to help her. Order was placed at 8:11pm and it was 8:45pm when we finally got our food. Ridiculous. Tara is an absolute rockstar who was single handedly cranking out orders while maintaining professionalism, class, and friendliness. Where was her team to help??? The manager was too worried about his clipboard to jump in while she got swamped despite her incredible work ethic and effort. Our food was delicious and fresh thanks entirely to Tara. She deserves better.

Im a doordasher with a $10 order the way here is ridiculous there was a family from out of state that had to wait 45 minutes for their food only one cook and a bunch of other people walking around

Pre ordered a carry out for 3pm. Didn’t get my order until almost 3:30pm. The staff couldn’t care less. Pizza was cold and lacking in all toppings. One pizza’s cheese was barely melted. Don’t go here. They are clueless individuals.
We get delivery so i cant speak on the atmosphere but the food is always the best for a pizza hut

Ordered the 2pizza, 8boneless, breadstick and two sauce deal ($40) only received the 2 pizzas and wings, had to call to get another delivery for the rest of the food, only to get the other delivery also missing the 2 sauce cups, I don’t know how you guys run your expo line but you definitely need to have a chat with your staff and make sure all food items are in the bag thats ridiculous that the staff gets an order wrong 3 times!!! You guys need to re staff and hire people who can do the job right the first time

All I wanted all day yesterday was a stuffed crust pizza. I called this place as it was the closest location to where I was. I don't know if the person who picked up the phone was new, but he had no customer service skills. He didn't ask if it was carry-out or delivery; just automatically assumed it was delivery and I had no address for him to deliver to. I wound up getting frustrated and told him to forget the order.
