I ordered a pizza last week on the Pizza Hut website to be delivered and I guess Pizza Hut has outsourced there delivery to Doordash. Around 15 minutes after the the Pizza had been picked up by the driver I checked to see when it would arrive and it said the Dasher and canceled the order. So the Dasher stole the Pizza and the manager at this Pizza Hut did nothing to to help. He basically blamed Doordash and told me to call them even though Pizza Hut is the one hiring them to do the delivery's. I would not recommend ordering from here or getting delivery since now if your order is stolen they will not do their job and take responsibility

Pizza was burnt, staff took minimal responsibility and blamed the mistake on being too busy and not enough staff. This is one of the reasons I have started picking up my restaurant orders myself. In this specific case, it is clear the cook’s/manager’s intent was to send out a burnt pizza, not caring about the customer. I did not want to wait another 10-20 minutes for a fresh order, suggested he refund half my money. He didn’t want to do that so I told him I needed a full refund. BTW, these kids weren’t rude, they were passive and unable to properly express themselves.
Fast food owners: teach your employees proper customer service techniques so you can avoid poor reviews and loss of income. I really wanted pizza last night but was able to get a meal for less than half of what I planned to spend at Pizza Hut within 5 minutes of leaving your store.

Food was good and hot! Ready when I came to pickup. Also, workers were very helpful!
They replaced their delivery drivers with Doordash. Every time we order now there's an issue, so we're done with them unless they bring their own drivers back.
And they still make you pay a delivery fee lol. Ridiculous. Our driver left our last order at some random house and we couldn't get ahold of them.

Just wanted to say that if you guys are permanently using DoorDash, I will be taking my business elsewhere. It takes so much longer to receive my food. Your “delivery tracker” becomes obsolete. Maybe prioritize the customer over profit. This is the 3rd time in a row that DoorDash has fulfilled my order from pizza hut. The service is terrible. I’ll be going to dominos from now on. Tried sharing this on your website, via feedback, but it wouldn’t let me share, so figured I’d review on here.
Came from out of town as a layover to MIAMI. We ordered our pizza and they sent the orders out with non-speaking English drivers twice‼️. Tried to get a credit because our order was NEVER RECEIVED, and was told they could not do anything about a credit or supplying us with our order. I wouldn’t recommend this Pizza Hut for my dog, not to mention they hung the phone up on us. Do BETTER PIZZA HUT FROM STARVING OUT OF TOWNERS WHO AKREADY PAID DOE IUR ORDER BUT WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGE BECAUSE OUR FOOD WASNT RECEIVED,, ASSHOLES‼️‼️‼️‼️

Regardless of some negative reviews input by some, my experiene with this location has been a very positive one and consider this location to be the best PH that I've ever ordered from. Food is always on-point and if ever relocating too far to render ordering from here an inconvenience, my family and I will surely miss the heck out of this location and its team. Great job people! PS: I am not related to, nor am I even remotely acquaited with anyone either in the front counter, wait staff, kitchen, or delivery personnel (well... that depends on their length of empoyment 😉). 'Just sayin'

Never eaten in but I've been ordering takeout & delivery from this location for over a year now, never been disappointed!! Always hot, delicious, and accurate. Staff is always really kind & prompt.
