Do not get your pizza here. There are Dominos and Papa Johns nearby that are actually far better at providing service and actually delivering what you pay for.
I have had multiple issues now with getting deliveries from this store in particular. They frequently forget to include items that I pay for. I have tried calling the store multiple times and get the runaround since Pizza Hut does not post the direct store number anymore. (Yes, the 321-number on this page is just a proxy to a call center)
I am done giving this place my business and you should be too.

This was a tough one for me. The restaurant itself is just takeout and the staff were friendly and order was correct. The Pan Pizza Pepperoni Lovers was great and so I give five stars because it isn’t the fault of this local franchise but, the Big New Yorker pizza was absolutely terrible. I’m not from NY and I’m actually a fan of Chicago or Detroit style over NY, but I’ve had enough NY style pizzas and this was absolutely the worst - center crust was chewy, sauce was too sweet and overwhelming, and the outer crust too thick. Still have 5 slices in the fridge (I guess to feed ducks) and the Pan pizza was gone right away. Stick with what you do well - people like the thin and crispy and the pan. The hand tossed (although I didn’t order this time and don’t because it sucks too) is another reason people stopped going to Pizza Huts …. that crap (and chicken bbq and veggie pan BS pizzas) is what they were all putting on the buffets to keep people from making return trips up for more. Okay, enough venting.

Was charged a delivery fee from Pizza Hut, but my food was delivered by door dash which at the time didn’t have a delivery fee. I don’t understand why Pizza Hut would profit off of door dash making the delivery.

Ordered online. Delivery was going to take over an hour but we were okay with that. Order confirmed via email which was the only contract information I shared. Computer system entered an invalid phone number so even though order was shown as being prepared I was NEVER notified that the order was cancelled. Second time I've ordered from here, first time they forgot toppings for which I never received credit. This store is incapable of making things right. If you want food in a timely manner or at all, don't order on line and don't expect them to take responsibility for screw ups

Ask for a dinner pizza (3) square. Unbelievable no cheese hardly unless you want to see the cheese you have to pay more which I can understand, but seriously the whole pizza had nothing of cheese. Mostly bread . Unbelievable and very cheap . Rather buy from a local pizzeria. EXPENSIVE for what I received.

The quality of food at this location seems to be going downhill. I picked up my large pizza and noticed when I got home that the crust on the bottom was completely undercooked. The crust looked like it was barely cooked. Very disappointed and don't plan to order from here again.

Ordered on the app for delivery… we all know how outrageously expensive it is for delivery so we rarely do it.
$45 for a pizza, wings, and a 4 pack of drinks.
Our deliverer, did not bring the drinks. When asking he said “the lady said no drinks!” And my husband checks the receipt and indeed there were drinks. The deliverer, “she said there were no drinks!” Instead of apologizing and saying he would get them, he asks us to go get them from the store!
I called immediately and it took another 15 minutes to receive the drinks… naturally they were NOT the flavors chosen.
What a joke…
Your job is not rocket science. Reading is fundamental. JFC.

This is the second time in my order has been wrong. Today wrong order once again! Then they were bringing my order back out and only put in the order for one pizza instead of the two they got wrong the wings were also just a tiny crunchy piece of skin no meat. Patrick was completely rude and hung up on me. Then they wouldn’t answer the phone again until I called from another number. This time Marcus came to the phone and was completely rude and lied for his buddy Patrick. Will NOT be retuning I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

The manager, Pat, is disrespectful and rude to his employees in front of customers. Didn't appreciate the uncomfortable and awkward atmosphere that he created.

would give it 0 stars if I could. I came by the other week to order some traditional wings after I placed my order, I heard from the back someone tell someone else "You need to wear gloves when touching raw chicken and please wash your hands after" The other individual then replied, "dont tell me what to do". needless to say, I canceled my order and left. I wasn't going to write a review but my wife said this is a huge food safety hazard. protect yourself and go somewhere else.
