Last time I went to Rita's one of the girls were very rude and got in my face every time I've gone to Rita's. These children are always rude. This last time I went, I decided that was the last time I would ever go. And my kids love this place.
But because of the rudeness, I won't go anymore. And I probably spent about forty dollars every time I went between my kids and my dogs. When they make a mistake, they will tell you that they didn't make the mistake that you didn't tell them the correct order. And then if there is a price difference, they'll snap at you and tell you, you owe them money still even after you've given them a five dollar tip.

Kid-friendliness: They're also not kid friendly. One day they decided to scream at my children, remind you they're my children, not somebody else's but they feel that they can yell at your children if they want.Although they're children themselves.

Has a mellow vibe as you enter into the store, wonderful icecream! Reeses is the best here when you order a concrete. Definitely recommend!

Shoutout to Alondra she gave me the best experience and service ever she was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for she deserves more recognition she was amazing super satisfied with her service.

Absolutely love this place, our first visit was Monday and I couldn't be happier with the service we were given ans the italian ice was delicious the best my children and I have ever had will definitely be back probably even tomorrow after school. Great prices , delicious products and such great and kind customer service.

Bathroom dirty! Never coming back again!

ordered a peanut butter shake as I watched her put the peanut butter sauce in she did not shake the bottle so peanut butter came out like water I mentioned it to her she proceeded to make it any way as I handled her my card to pay I tryed it was very runny like water I asked if she could please give me just a small Sunday cup or make another her answer was no to either I asked is there anything she can do as it was not the consistency of a shake her answer was no you already paid and no nothing I can do I left it on the counter after taking a video of it very disappointed I was out 6.15 and no shake

Been there twice in the past month and it’s been closed. I arrived around 1pm and 2pm each time. I can’t get my fix of Rita’s if the doors are locked!! Please update your hours online. The fist time I was there in February it was a great experience. My original Rita’s on 192 is always on the ball and has excellent staff and product! I will consider changing my review if I get a response. This is just a FYI for the owner and patrons

Visited around 7pm on April 2, the girl that was working needs huge kudos for being amazing. The store was BUSY! She handled everyone with a smile, quickly, efficiently, and still managed to say Welcome to anyone walking in the door.
