Sat at the bar for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, got up to get a table and sever ran by and said give us a minute, kinda ironic, then the manager came out to seat me and I told her about the wait, and then she couldn’t find me a table with a server. The place was not crowded and I was only one person!

I went through the drive thru. Ordered pick 3. Got home ready to eat and my chicken still had feathers on the wing. It was so disgusting 😪, I called them and the person I spoke to a girl just said to that it was normal, that's how they get their chicken. She did not give me any resolution for this situation. Either my money back or order something else and gladly I would of brought them back their food. It was so disgusting to me I put in the garbage. Spend my money for nothing. So disappointed at sonny's BBQ. Definitely not returning. What bad service.
