Our visit to Florida brought us here. One thing I learned from reading reviews trying to find dinner is that you can't have good food and good service in this area. We'll that's true here too. Our waitress was efficient for the most part but a smile and some kindness could of gone a long way instead of the attitude we received. We felt like we were inconveniencing her by asking for items. Sony's in Palm Bay is awesome. Especially the servicers Nicole and Amber, 10 stars on friendly, brining out food in timely manner and meeting all our needs. The food at this Sony's is superior especially the ribs and Mac and cheese 😋
Unfortunately, my family has experienced several occasions where our pickup/delivery orders were incorrect or incomplete. It sucks because we enjoy the food. On several occasions I've gone into the store to pickup my food and it was not on ready, so we waited. No big deal. Except that while waiting I could see the young kids in the back goofing around, and seeming to be doing nothing. Again, no big deal, except that my order was then incorrect.
