I have not gone to Starbucks much lately but i was happy to find i could pour my own oat milk and order a blonde roast instead of having the pikes peak also the service was efficient and super friendly.

Insane how my friend has to have her coffee made a certain way because of health restrictions, every other starbucks accommodates her, but this one flat out said no. NOT TO MENTION her friend who was with her inside is hearing impaired and is told to leave because she was talking too loudly. I'm not sure how you're given an explanation and still kick em out, disgusting and from the manager too!

What happened to this place? The manager is a major issue to start, the staff follows his lead in being rude, and ignore dietary requests!
Watched them talk about someone who was hard of hearing, and kick them out!! Over being loud when asking about company policies!

Just read a disturbing account of two young women (one of whom is DEAF), being berated by a manager and thrown out after placing an order and requesting a customized drink based on dietary restrictions. What happened to, "the customer is always right" and comman courtesy and empathy? Shame shame on the management of this Starbucks! What goes around, comes around. 😡

My husband went to Starbucks while I was on the phone and I ordered an iced chai latte with matcha powder added, when they shake it the matcha never blends right so you get chunks of it to the mouth if you don't take the time to actually shake the mixture so I asked him to have them blend just the matcha in with the liquid and stress NOT TO MAKE IT A FRAPPE I did not want the ice blended. I'm on the phone listening while he's doing this and I even had him repeat that I did NOT want it as a frap and when he said it again I heard the lady on the speaker all annoyed say "yes yes I get it what else" and then he shows up with a frappe because she clearly DID NOT LISTEN. It's one thing to make a mistake but to only make the mistake because you have that attitude when a customer is trying to clarify for you and then do exactly what they said not to do because you don't want to listen is what frustrates me. The mistake happened because of the attitude towards listening to the customer not because the customer did not specify. Paid for an expensive drink that now taste like garbage because the ice watered it down completely. If I didn't have to be at work I would've gone back for a refund.

Just got ignored at the walk-up inside counter at Palm Bay. Stood there for 10 min. NOTHING !! 5-6 employees milling around. Still NOTHING !! WOW !!

We come to this location 3 or 4 times a week. It is almost always busy, but the handle it and you get through the line. But today, Sunday 17th of November is the worst I have seen it run. No one is pulling tickets so it looks like they are ahead but when they started pulling tickets 15 or more kept coming out. Both at tge sandwich area and the drinks. All tge employees were chatting while tickets were not being pulled.
