The people who work here can't read a recipe and definitely don't drink coffee. Two caramel macchiatos with no coffee and no caramel....just a cup of steamed milk lol. Service was slow too.

This location has the best team!! I feel horrible but I do not remember the 2 amazing and beautiful ladies that helped me last Friday. I explained I was on the way to a game for my daughter’s softball team and I wanted to do something special. They truly were in need of a pick me up and they really wanted to win the game they were playing. I explained the situation and the ladies really helped create something wonderful. I was able to bless the girls with refreshers and they won!!! Thanks again for taking the time to listen to your customers!!

This location always finds a way to mess up my order, no concept of being able to read a tag on the drink. No concept of Starbucks standards.

Very slow service. Staff seem nice, but overwhelmed. This is the most awkward parking lot. It is very small and hard to get in and out of. The drive-thru line is often extended into and blocking cars in the adjacent parking lot behind it. It's a complete mess.
Parking: Impossible parking lot, understaffed, drive thru line is often wrapped around at all times of day and due to that people are reluctant to leave space to let you in or out of lot. Inside pickup is just as overcrowded and has no space to wait comfortably with such slow service backing everything up. (Not a one-time opinion this has been the case during multiple trips throughout the month.) Easier to go out of the way to target starbucks even though they have menu restrictions.

My wife and her best friend really enjoyed the customer service and their goodies (coffee and pastries).
I do not think I will be ordering from this Starbucks very often anymore. I use to come everyday for the past 6 months my hot coffee has been cold every time. It is like they let it sit all morning and whatever they use does not keep their coffee hot. I am tired of asking for it to be remade or just drinking it because it is too busy. I will be getting my coffee elsewhere from now on.
