There should never be a time when I walk into a place to eat and be told I have no change in America of all places Sub Way this is now when I realize cook more at home when a restaurant turns you and your cash away. I will never step foot back into that place and the employees where great but to not give them an option to break 100 or 50 is telling me this country is finished by the minds of the hire up who run this place. To where you will turn away a paying customer for having to much money. Very dissatisfied customer from top to bottom.

This evening, my children and I visited a Subway location with the intention of satisfying a craving for a tuna sub. Unfortunately, the experience we had at the first store was extremely disappointing and concerning in terms of customer service.

Upon entering the store, the atmosphere immediately felt unwelcoming. The employee on duty, Michelle, was preoccupied with cleaning and restocking containers. We patiently waited—approximately 15 minutes—without interrupting her, even though she did not acknowledge us during that time. Eventually, she asked for our order.

I requested a tuna sub on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread with Pepper Jack cheese and specified that I did not want it toasted. When we moved to the vegetables, I asked for a generous amount of spinach. To my surprise, Michelle placed only three small leaves on the sub. When I politely asked for more, she refused.

Next, I asked for extra black olives and even offered to pay extra for them. Once again, Michelle continued to place them sparingly—three pieces at a time—and told me she could not add more to the sandwich but could give me some in a separate cup. I respectfully asked why I wasn’t being allowed to customize my sub, especially when I was willing to pay extra. Her demeanor made it clear she had no interest in being helpful, and quite frankly, she will drive customers away with that attitude. If someone doesn’t enjoy working with people, a customer-facing role may not be the right fit.

At that point, I asked for her name—Michelle—and decided to leave without completing my purchase.

We then went to a different Subway location at Minton and Palm Bay Rd, and the difference was like night and day. The employee there, Thomas, was exceptional. He greeted us warmly, made my sandwich exactly how I asked—including the extra olives—and provided great customer service throughout the entire experience. His professionalism and attitude were commendable.

I wanted to bring this to your attention not only to recognize the excellent service at the Minton and Palm Bay Rd location, but also to express concern about the service at the first location. Situations like the one with Michelle reflect poorly on the brand and can discourage loyal customers from returning.

Had a hard time with the lady in there Lesly always had great service and amazing food and I come here all the time but when she made my order she refused to add more vegetables to my sandwich even though I asked multiple times and made me feel uncomfortable for having to ask again and again putting only one onion on the sandwich after the second time I asked. Told me that management told them they could only give so much vegetables I’ve never had this problem and hope they can fix this because I love coming here.

Two workers very kind and working quickly. The young gentleman sauce I had crunches and asked to walk me out to my car. He placed the food and drink in and kindly asked next time I call so he could bring my food to me. I had a hard day with pain and this just made my day. Thank you young man.
