We ordered 2 footlongs. We presented our coupon. We were rudely told our coupon had expired and we couldn't use it. The employee held it up to my elderly husband and said "can you read this" We were shocked that we were spoken to in such a rude manner. We asked to speak to the manager, he stated he was the acting manager. So I figure these young men had 2 nice subs to eat after we left them there. Business owners you need to teach your employees how to treat people. It was an oversight on our part, but we didn't need to be treated like dirt.

I always like the sandwiches at Subway, but my complaint at this Subway is really the staff. The General Manager is really frumpy and rarely smiles. She makes sandwiches sometimes, but when she does (at least the last time I was in the restaurant) she didn’t even ask what I wanted on my sandwich, she stared at me, as if from her stare I should know that she was asking me what I wanted on my sandwich… just a complete lack of caring. Another time I visited the restaurant and the restaurant was empty without any customers. The staff behind the counter seemed extremely busy working on online orders (at least not MY order). Rule #1 is to take care of the customer standing in front of you. So after standing for 2 minutes in an empty restaurant and no attention, I just walked out… nobody cared, they were still busy working on online orders.

Never had an issue and was looking to enjoy it but It would be helpful if they would answer the phone. I couldn't catch the driver so Ive been calling since 9:20, I didnt receive the entire order and Im allergic to Mayo?? So Ill keep calling.

Woman (maybe manager) who was training a new employee was very rude. Obviously stressed at having to train someone. Customer service definitely is not a priority.

Ordered a footlong steak sandwich online, my husband picked it up, the whole sandwich weighed barely 11 ozs, the steak alone used to weigh more. Was it a bad employee or bad new policy?

The worst ever it was few hrs. from closing then did not have but one wheat and one white bread and then he said he can't make half the subs. If this what is fresh sliced I believe it the food is not FRESH.

This is the cleanest Subway I've ever been to. The food on the line all looked fresh and appetizing. Our sandwiches tasted as fresh and delicious as they looked. Kudos to the staff and management here! I won't go to another Subway in the area anymore, it is consistently good here and the same can't be said for some of the others.

The manager sheri or however you spell it was so cruel to workers, I couldn’t even enjoy my food. So rude I couldn’t even comprehend the way she was speaking to a 60 year old woman. Definitely a management problem.
