I got food poisoning after having a tuna melt. There wasn’t as much tuna as they typically put… I assume it was the bottom of the container or something??? I’ve been going to the bathroom nonstop. I’ve never had this experience before at any subway even this one.. we did an online order. I will say it’s probably best to watch them make it and ask for fresher tuna :/ I’m hurting a lot right now. Please be careful out there. (Could’ve been the mayonnaise but I’m pretty sure they gave me and my fiancé bad tuna.) 🙃

Dunno what it is with this place and the disconnect with chips but they can never seem to get them in the bag. You could literally only order chips and get an empty bag.

I will not be returning to this location. My wife and I ordered the meal deal... we chose the cookies rather than the drink and chips... turns out that if you do not TAKE the drink, you get charged more. When I expressed to the person who rang us up that I had an issue with that, but wasn't going to make a big deal out of it but that I was unhappy, I was stopped as I was leaving by another employee who was standing NEXT to the manager *8/14/25 6:28pm* and she scolded me saying that the cashier was 16 and I should not be yelling at her.

I was NOT yelling, and I even asked the person scolding me if I had raised my voice at all, to which she replied 'no' but that I was 'RUDE'... not sure why voicing my problem was rude, as I did not raise my voice, or using inappropriate language... there were other customers there at the time and it is not my way of dealing with issues. I expressed to the girl scolding me that perhaps she would like a demonstration of the difference between civil and uncivil, but opted to just walk out, ANGRY rather then demonstrate that anger through my words. She said 'if you want the drink we will give it to you', but we never wanted the drink...and the manager (who took our order and made the first part of our sandwiches) never said a word or try to deal with the issue.

Clearly THIS location has gone down hill as I use to be very happy with the food and service... but there are other locations and I for one will NOT be returning here. I hope this is enough information to help you make your own decision.

Also, as a side note... if as a cashier you are handling food... perhaps after sneezing multiple times, washing your hands and changing your gloves might be a good idea... but honestly, that is just the icing on the cake... if they have cameras, they can review the whole interaction as I gave the time stamp and date.

The dirtiest subway I’ve ever been to. You guys have flys and bugs all over the place landing on the food with out a care in the world. Almost as if nobody cleans the place at night wonder what’s happening in the back with so many flies all over the store. Food doesn’t seem fresh and employees seem like they don’t wanna be there.

It definitely would do these stores better if you hire more sandwich artists!! All busy stores and the wait times is unacceptable! These poor sandwich artists are extremely busy with uber, online and walk in orders they have customers waiting impatiently!!

Wish I could rate the service and atmosphere better, but it’s hard to do whenever your sub orders are never ready on time, and 15+ minutes late. Even worse when you show up and they say they didn’t make your order to begin with. I never even showed an attitude, and tried to be understanding every time, and never even a sorry for the delay or mistake of not making the order.

If you care about your own time, and don’t feel like wasting it, don’t bother with this location.
