They have offered me excellent customer service every time I go in to pick up my online orders. A few weeks ago, my online order did not go through because of the app having issues. They honored the online discount and made my sandwich right away. I’m a very patient person and they treated me with respect.

Ordered my fave tuna sub. It still tastes great but I ran out of tuna on my sub! Super skimpy and just enough tuna to make a regular sandwich…not enough for a sub. So I threw away half of it and put the measly amount on just half of it.. not foot long serving at all! Hoping this is not the new norm because they’ve always been worth the money. Just not this time.

I've been coming to this subway since moving to Florida 2.5 years ago. Every weekend my husband and I go for breakfast. Bri makes a terrific sandwich with what she has to work with....
