Went trough drive through forgot my drink and went inside to revive a cup but the same person in drive through walked past me and a few other as well but couldn’t take 1 second to see what was wrong..rude people. Overall just very rude and entitled people. Would not recommend. Employ better people, or shut the place down.

SLOWEST TACO BELL EVER..Everyone moves in slow motion, while a rush is happening. Waited for 30 minutes and not even a sorry, or telling me that things will be taking long. Bad management, the place smells funky too.

Edit: a couple of years later I tried to go through late at night. I foolishly made an app order and am sitting as one of 8 people in line at the drive through. Zero people have been served in 20 minutes so far...
Really wish I hadn'tade that order...

We decided to dine in due to previous issues with the drive thru. Our order was half cooked and missing items. The drink machine was out of syrup on most options and my child’s cheese roll up was half cooked, we had to ask them to cook it again. My guess is that several machines are not calibrated properly due to these issues.

It’s a Friday night and the Taco Bell drive-through is slamming busy. I did not get her name, but the girl working in the window tonight was so nice and friendly despite being super busy. The guys working with her we’re also super nice, Just wanted to give her a shout out for keeping a positive attitude with the drive-through nonstop packed like that and they were moving us through pretty decently quick also. You guys rock <3 10-17-25

One of the lady with glasses, short hair is very rude and demanding. You are a fast food worker, you’re not above other workers in the same area.
I ordered, they key in the order, I received something i didn't ordered, I assume is what they heard I ordered. I'm sure order confirmation is one of the steps of guest service, so needs to be applied on every single order.

We ordered food through the mobile app and have been in line for over 1 hour with 2 cars in front of us. Not sure what’s going on, but we witnessed 3 cars behind us jump the side curb to leave. Usually, the morning crew is fast and friendly, but the night shift is very, very slow.

This is the absolute worst location in all of Brevard County. It does not matter when you go there or what you order, the employees move in slow motion. The store has an old odor and just feels dirty. The owners should be ashamed of this store.

Ate there yesterday for lunch. I got home about an hour later and was very sick to my stomach. Will never go back to this particular Taco Bell again. This was the one on Malabar in Palm Bay FL. Service was also very slow.

I ordered my food ahead of time and ended up having to wait 40 mins! It took too long and I had someone in the car waiting for me, so I had to leave and I never got my food. I didn’t even order a lot… it was some Cinnabon delights and only 2 tacos.
