I ordered 2 chicken cantina crispy tacos.I told them light sauce, they gave me triple the amount of sauce with barely any (cantina) Chicken on it,Checked the recipe and it said light sauce I thought they might have accidentally hit the extra sauce button I rather drive and extra 5-10 to a different taco bell,They can't seem to follow directions you ask for extra sauce they give you light sauce 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

Been eating Taco Bell since the 80s and ate it several times a week throughout highschool. There have been good items throughout this period, but it's now reached a point where going to Taco Bell is probably the worst choice and this location has helped form that stance. Several trips over the years with scantly filled tacos, I am talking practically empty shells and tortillas filled with the absolute minimum to say it's not empty. The food also doesn't taste very good any more and almost always has made us feel to a degree I'll and wish we hadn't eaten here in the first place. Today I asked my family if we had to go to Taco Bell and order what would you get if it was all you can eat for free. The outcome being it's better to pay for something better and pass. So I write this honestly and sincerely as a long time patron wanting to say wake up taco bell, get your locations producing better food again and provide portions like your advertisements.

I ordered two chicken quesadillas and two beef and cheese burritos and this is what my chicken quesadilla look like at the ends. There wasn’t any filling at all. It wasn’t cut right if at all, it was completely flat no cheese or chicken. It was cold and I don’t even think it Was even toasted, right. I’m really ashamed because I just moved to Palm Bay and I was at least hoping that they would make it right.

If paying cash don’t go inside , ignored , stood at register no employees working it. They was highly relying on the self order machine that Sonesta take cash, definitely a disappointment.unless u got cards use drive thru
2 times this year I have ordered guac. My food comes without guac. How hard is your job? I was great at it when I was in highschool.
