Okay look I know this is fast food, but I just got a chicken quesadilla with no jalapeno sauce and added sour cream. Not only was there no sour cream, it was also undercooked, and wasn't cut at all. They charge extra for sour cream and didn't give it to me and they didn't cook it fully so the cheese was cold and not melted almost at all. At least there wasn't jalapeno sauce...

When you order a party pack that clearly states in plain english on the digital menu 6 soft and 6 crunchy tacos, make sure you tell the person taking your order you want 6 soft and six crunchy. And if you forget and ask them to correct the order, she will argue with you and refuse to read the words on the display screen, apparently she never read the words on the display screen. And then the line preps will make you feel bad for not SAYING 6 soft and 6 crunchy even though thats exactly what the party pack description says on the digital display. Hoping the employee that would not just look up sees this. Otherwise I like this location.

This Taco Bell manager, Erica, treated a hired teenager incredibly unprofessionally. After making her complete all the paperwork and wait over a month, Erica dropped her with just a text. When the teen came in to respectfully ask why, Erica refused to even meet face to face and dismissed her in front of customers. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Drive through speaker is broken and instead of telling people they have you wait in a 50 min line your stuck in to be able to order at the window one by one. Yikes! A manager should definitely either turn off the drive through or have associates outside taking orders like other chains.

Got the discovery box. Was really good no complaints. Very friendly staff.
Paid extra to make my taco supreme, barely had lettuce and anything in it, skinniest taco I ever ate. Paid extra to add lettuce to a 5-layer burrito, came with a pinch of lettuce in it. My chicken chalupa was cold and hard to the touch also barely had lettuce in it, the skimpiest chalupa I ever ate. Reached the window they gave me my order, I asked if that was everything Alyssa proceeded to tell me yes everything is in the box several times, of course I didn’t believe her so I went to check and that’s when she told me oh wait we forgot something, then gives me this bogus excuse that she doesn’t bag the items so she didn’t know, my point is why tell me it’s complete if you really didn’t know, mind you I’m thinking I’m being rushed because they have a long line, nope not at all just me and one other car in the drive through. Communication within the staff needs improvement and honestly if you hate your job that much then don’t work or find another job that better fits your lifestyle and standards.

I ordered 2 chicken cantina crispy tacos.I told them light sauce, they gave me triple the amount of sauce with barely any (cantina) Chicken on it,Checked the recipe and it said light sauce I thought they might have accidentally hit the extra sauce button I rather drive and extra 5-10 to a different taco bell,They can't seem to follow directions you ask for extra sauce they give you light sauce 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
