Our sever tonight was Ben and he was absolutely amazing. It was a typical super busy Friday night and he was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We were sat fairly quickly and it was an overall pleasant experience. We will definitely be back.

We come just about weekly, has always been a great experience. Today was our daughters 7th birthday and all she wanted to do was come here for dinner. It went downhill quickly. We saw our waitress 2 times total over an hour, 35min before we saw her for refills, food was undercooked or overcooked (no in-between), someone walking by acknowledged our daughters birthday before our waitress, who never did (she was wearing a colorful birthday crown). Due to the service and waiting, we opted to just take our food home to re-cook it ourselves correctly, and we asked to speak to a manager. The only thing this manager offered after we explained everything in its entirety, including that 75% of the food was being brought home to be re-cooked? Let me get "the entire staff" to sing for her birthday. My 7yr old daughter put it best: "I dont want to come back here". Enjoy our $100+ tonight, its the last youll get.

Had three groups that were seated before us and we were there before them! When we complained to the manager she didn’t care. We have ate at this restaurant in Naples and West Palm beach and never had a problem until we tried this location.
