I really wish that the management of this specific TSC would pay attention to these reviews and take immediate action. The quality and service at this store have really gone down and we've been going here since it originally opened. We've encountered many of the things that others have commented on. Rude service. Being ignored. Closing early. Smoothies that have no flavor or are not properly blended. Slow to prepare food. Etc.

If you are going to respond, don't send me to another site. If I wanted to be compensated, I would have already reached out. Instead, please tell all of your customers what you are going to do to fix it while it is still fixable.

Turkey bacon sandwich was delicious! Definitely worth joining the rewards program to get deals. Great service!

You would think a person could get a hello after standing here for almost 10 mins while I stare at the doordash order I was here to pick up for literally the entire time. I guess my time isn't important here

The Smoothie tasted like water and the kale apple slaw was so drenched in sauce it was soggy and inedible. The girl at the counter looked like she did not want to be there.

It seems to be a very steady busy, but they get the food out to you as fast as they can. The food is always good and their smoothies are fantastic

When I walked in no one even said hello I stood there for 5 minutes until finally said something. I Waited almost 20 minutes for my smoothie and when I received it. It tasted like nothing, just watered down juice. Very disappointing especially for $9

Every single time I order here, it is slower than any other store in the area. Today, I ordered online due to a line, NEVER AGAIN! I sat here and watched ppl who ordered after us walk out with their orders, while my 3 year old kept asking for his smoothie. Someone needs to step in.

Ordered online and at 2:05pm for a 2:30pm pick up. Did not receive my drinks until 2:55pm. We watched as people walked in and ordered and receive their drinks before us. I made the employees aware but a large group that ordered while I was waiting starting receiving drinks. Needless to say, I was very upset. We ordered online for a reason and still had to wait behind everyone that walked in. I have been to many of the tropical smoothies and this is by far the worst!

The slowest smoothie Cafe I have ever Bern too...I could get a complete dinner faster at an upscale restaurant...almost 30 minutes...won't be back ever...

The owner responding seems to be only a formality because obviously nothing is being corrected. At this point, may as well look into selling the franchise to save face.

You’re better off going to a different location to avoid a headache.
Ever since the Asian Manager Jing left , this place has been a shyt show.

Bathrooms are nasty, place smells like old hot dog water, 90% of staff are either incompetent, flat out rude or both.

Lady youre an adult in your mid thirties and you’re losing your mind for no reason. People in line were literally flabbergasted and so confused as to what set her off, it was that random…

We probably deal with 1 or 2 staff here who know what they are doing and provide decent service.

Waited for someone to come to the register. Not a hello, a look up at me, nothing. Just a “what ya want” pfffft.
My gift card wouldn’t work. Asked if she could type in the numbers. “No”
Got my order slid to me. Wow.
Customer service needs work. No doubt.
