The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a meal. One standout aspect of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Carlos, the busser and host, was incredibly respectful and attentive, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and valued.
The servers, including Hunter, Amanda, Bre, Cassidy, Lauren, and Jess, were all very efficient and friendly. They worked seamlessly together, making sure our drinks were filled and our needs were met without us having to ask. Their professionalism truly enhanced our dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the food! Everything we ordered was delicious, and it was clear that a lot of it was homemade. The flavors were rich and comforting, showcasing the care that goes into each dish. Whether you're in the mood for breakfast or lunch, Twisted Biscuit has something to satisfy every craving. Beware!!! We went here because we saw so many good reviews. Yes, they were busy. The waitress was unenthused she seemed to have an attitude. The lady at the register was quite rude. When we got our food, it was cold and overcooked. We said something, and the waitress abruptly told us that she would get the owner. He came to the table and he was not very friendly. He said that he has so much business that he does not mind if we give him a bad review. He argued with my husband it was a terrible experience. These people do not know what customer service is, yes, you can have a bad day or a bad cook even, but you should never treat people the way we were treated we will never go back!
Had the biscuits and gravey. The biscuits were slightly above average, but the gravey was very disappointing. It was probably a package mix that was not much more than flour and water with a few tiny pieces of sausage. The service was efficient and friendly, and the food came out quickly.

We have been staying in hotels for the past 2 weeks all over the state. We have grown tired of the same old breakfast served at the hotels. This morning we decided to do a search for breakfast and this wonderful place popped up.
I had the blueberry pancakes with mixed berry compote w/ham, my husband had the farmers omelette with home fries and sourdough toast. To say it was good is an understatement, it was GREAT 😊!

This super nice place with a lot of tradition in Melbourne, the Blueberry Biscuit was super delicious and excellent, the service and how friendly everyone is made our breakfast fantastic. My stepdaughter ordered a cheddar and jalapeño biscuit with egg and cheese and it was excellent! 😋🤗
