I can’t say enough good things about Twisted Biscuit Cafe. The food here is next level fresh, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and clearly made with care. Every bite was amazing, and it’s the kind of comfort food that instantly puts you in a good mood.
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and laid-back, making it a perfect spot to sit, relax, and enjoy a great meal. Service was excellent from start to finish friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
I especially want to give a huge shout-out to the manager (don’t know his name, but he’s a white guy who loves wearing hats and shorts). You can tell he truly cares about the restaurant, the staff, and the customers. That kind of leadership really shows in how smoothly everything runs and how positive the vibe is.
This place deserves ALL the praise. If the owner sees this: the entire management team is doing an incredible job and absolutely deserves recognition and a promotion. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Highly, highly recommend! 🙌🍽️

I've been going by the Twisted biscuit for quite a while. Being that biscuit is part of their name I thought I'd do a takeout of gravy and biscuits. It was expensive, $9.50, for two biscuits and gravy, but tasty.

You can always expect fast, quality, hot food at Twisted Biscuit. Country fried steak and eggs is tender and crunchy. Gravy is sausage peppery tasty, and the buttermilk biscuit is like a cloud. Excellent little hole in the wall local place. Service is friendly and attentive. Well worth your money!

Tucked away in a strip mall as all places are in Palm Bay so parking is ample. I got the scramble bowl which came out screaming hot. The seasoning on the potatoes was delicious and the coffee was quite good. Also recommend the mixed berry stuffed biscuit. Fast, friendly, attentive service.

I love coming here! Food and service are always great. The menu is very inexpensive and portions are pretty large. Great selection of both breakfast and lunch items. Food always comes out hot and fresh. Their coffee is probably my favorite coffee around town! I highly recommend their stuffed mixed berry biscuit, it was phenomenal.

Absolutely delicious. I've never had GREAT good come out so fast! I was shocked. We ordered and our food was out in less than 5 mins. Coffee was good too, didn't need a large amount of sugar or creamer and didnt have a burnt or old taste. We are thinking of making this our go to breakfast spot now.
Fantastic! Biscuits and gravy can't be beat! Pancakes..fluffy and good! Definitely a spot to come back to.
