Nicest people ever. Food was great and service was fast. The place was a little bit dirty and smelled a little odd but didnt affect the great experience. Pan and Bobby were amazing. My son, who is a hard sell, loved it.
I worked in many waffle houses in Daytona I moved to Sebastian 15 yrs ago and still go to waffle house in palm bay same beautiful waitress as w h en I started going there the best 👌

Quick and affordable. I had a seat at the counter and was greeted in a couple of minutes. My waitress was awesome. She must have called me honey at least 10 times and I loved it. I ordered the ribeye steak and eggs for 17.00. It's an off menu item, so you have to ask for it. Everything was cooked just right. The steak was surprisingly very tender and seasoned well. A lot of people like to hate on Waffle House. I have to tell you, i've had some great breakfasts and have met some of the nicest ,most genuine people in these establishments

The meal was good. The service, decent. They were very attentive and polite; but the tables after guests dined was tacky. Dishes were left on the tables for more than 35-40 minutes after patrons left- pretty unsightly.

I walked in with two friends to have breakfast and sat for fifteen minutes waiting for an employee to clean a table so we could sit.
The entire store was a mess from floor to tabletop with dirty plates piled and food scraps on the table tops, which is understandable for a Friday morning, however, there were only two customers in there, who both also weren't even given the opportunity to order in the fifteen minutes we were there before we left out of frustration.
There were five employees behind the counter, all of whom were talking and joking around and one was on their personal phone having a conversation unrelated to official waffle business. Beyond being told to take a seat and wait for a table our group of three was not acknowledged, and there was no effort made to make a table even remotely clean enough for us to sit.
We ended up leaving not out of impatience but out of principle. None of us felt comfortable patronizing an establishment with employees as careless as the ones at this Waffle House.
I will not return to this Waffle House, and will instead be dining at Dennys when I'm in need of early morning dining.
Also, side note: I don't drink alcohol, so maybe if I was hammered I would've been able to put up with the lackluster service.
Update (9/24/25): I forgot I also reported this to Waffle House corporate, on the same day I wrote this review, which as of now was three months ago. I have received no response from WH so it is clear they don't care.
