"I recently filled up with Wawa's 91 octane gasoline and noticed that the fuel consumption was higher than expected, with a noticeably shorter range. Compared to other brands, the fuel efficiency seems subpar. I hope they can improve the fuel formula to enhance fuel economy."

Breakfast sandwich, bread extremely hard and hurt my mouth to eat it. Order was NOT correct and forgot spinach. For almost $8.00, they need to make sure you can at least eat the sandwich without hurting your mouth. 😞

I visited this Wawa location around 7:05 pm EST and encountered one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I initially called to address an issue, and the person who answered (possibly the supervisor) seemed disengaged. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was simply told to go to the register without further assistance or even an offer to connect me to the manager directly.

After I followed their instructions, I realized my concerns weren’t going to be handled seriously. I had to call back myself, and, instead of receiving prompt help, I was put on hold indefinitely. Eventually, the same gentleman came outside to speak with me, but instead of engaging in a professional and understanding manner, he adopted an aggressive tone right from the start. His entire demeanor was confrontational, which only worsened the situation.

At this point, another employee, William (or "Bill"), joined us. I hoped that he might help resolve things, but unfortunately, his attitude was just as unhelpful. He made no effort to listen or understand my perspective and, instead, seemed more interested in arguing than assisting. It was clear that neither of these employees was willing to acknowledge any error on their part, which was incredibly frustrating. The lack of accountability and respect for customers was palpable, and it’s sad to see that no one at this location was prepared to handle a simple customer issue with professionalism.

Overall, this experience left me with the impression that the quality of customer service at this Wawa location has taken a steep decline. It’s disappointing that employees here are unable—or unwilling—to admit mistakes and work toward a resolution. I hope that Wawa considers additional training for staff at this location to ensure they handle situations respectfully and constructively. For a company as large as Wawa, customer service should be a priority, yet this interaction has left me questioning the standards being upheld at their stores.

Cashier was so busy commenting on the amount of a product i was buying for my husband and i she gave me the wrong ones. This is not the first time she had commented on the same purchase during a separate visit. Part of why I send my mother in law in when she is on. Her name, I'm not sure of, but the date is 10/30/24 at 10:05 a.m., This was done with management approximately 8 to 10 feet away.. I feel like we could do without the comments. I am positive it was not part of training.

I want to give the world’s biggest shout out to this Wawa location. As my family prepares for hurricane Milton, I’m going to be real, no one wanted to cook in my house, so I headed over to this Wawa to top off on gas and just get food for my family, and the staff was absolutely killing it today, I’ve been to this Wawa before, but it was so nice to see all of the staff in such high spirits considering the circumstances. The store manager, William, checked me out, and really helped to lighten the mood for their customers, and the food staff was so kind, even considering working during the hurricane. Can’t thank you all enough for your work this week!!!!

Wow,,,,,,, the pizza was surprisingly delicious. A whole lot better than Domino's and Papa John's that's for sure. The ingredients we're really fresh and delicious. And of course the tuna hoagie was awesome.

The truth is that every time I come to buy something here I feel like I'm asking, how terrible the attention given to people is incredible. I understand that sometimes they are super busy but people come to spend their money, nothing is free every day, a super heavy atmosphere, the solution is not to come more obviously.

This particular Wawa is one of my top choices for visits, ever since it first opened, I've always had a good time here. Every place has its good and bad points, but this one has generally been a positive experience for me, and it's not overly busy.

I'm writing about their latest addition to the menu, the pizzas. At the moment, they're offering pizzas at a discount, so I managed to snag one through the mobile app for just $4! This was my first time trying a pizza from Wawa. I got it for my kids, and considering the price and size, it looked fantastic! It was loaded with cheese and pepperoni, and it was incredibly hot and fresh.

The person who made the pizza seemed pleased when it was ready for me. It felt like they were proud of their work, which is always a nice thing to see from employees. My kids both loved the pizza, and I think Wawa did a great job.
