Kia was amazing. Typically, at my regular Wawa, they dont care if the mobile order is ready or not. Kia went out of her way to make sure my wait time was minimized. Great service!!!!

Wawa app is extremely unreliable. No WiFi available inside, like most modern businesses have. I don't have time to keep waking outside to get it to function. Since the app is required to redeem offers, I am forced to take my business elsewhere.
Staff are sometimes too busy for checkout.
Food is very good, but placing an order through the app is a nightmare.

If you walk into this wawa looking to order a beverage from the kiosk & are short on time and see a younger guy Mike working behind the drinks counter just walk out. Every time i come in and hes working i dread it because he takes 10+ minutes to make drinks & wont ask anyone for help. Its rediculous, he has made me late numerous times because I have to stand there and wait 10-15 minutes for a simple smoothie. I used to work at wawa and that is entirely too long. Even when this kid is at the register he moves like a snail. I avoid this wawa like the plague unless I have 15 minutes to kill. They need to do something with this guy and get someone who can keep up behind the counter.

Is there nobody there that knows how to make a sandwich? No one on the planet other than Wawa puts oil and vinegar on the bottom of the sandwich to be soaked into the bread. Wawa is the worst place to have a sandwich made. It does make a difference in what order that you put the ingredients. 5-year-old knows that information

I always come to this location to get a cappuccino and parfait. I encounter friendly employees here, until today. Young girl in this area, was upset of something. She throw the containers to the sink so loud that it’s bothersome. I look at her every time she did that and doesn’t seem like she care.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIABLE BECAUSE WE BOTH NOTICE THERE A CLEANING SIGN BLOCK THE MEN BATHROOM DOOR AND I TOLD SOMEONE WHO WORK THERE NEED TO TELL A PERSON TO LET MY HUSBAND NEED TO GO BATHROOM BECAUSE MY HUSBAND HAVE DIABETES AND MY HUSBAND CAN NOT HOLD IT , THE MANGER NOT PROFESSIONAL OF NOT LETTING MY HUSBAND TO GO BATHROOM AND I WAS VERY UPSET TELLING THEM THAT MY HUSBAND IS DIABETES NEED TO GO BATHROOM AND THE CLEAN PERSON NEED TO BE OUT OF THR BATHROOM TO LET MY HUSBAND NEED BATHROOM . I ordered a chicken salad sub… got no chicken salad in the sub and the wrong cheese. Couldn’t eat my dinner since it was just lettuce and cheese

Worst experience attempting to get a sandwich in store ever! Everyone told me something different when attempting to get my order. Turns out no one knows how to find your order unless you do everything through the app. And the app doesn’t work as there’s no signal inside the store.
