Pay someone to take orders in the drivethrough. Forcing your customers to support AI is diabolical, knowing it ruins the environment. Nobody wants this.

I ordered a cheesburger for my daughter and I specifically asked if the Cheeseburger was plain because she wanted just cheese on it and the guy said yes. When we got home, she unwrapped it to find lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mustard, and ketchup on it. She didn't eat it because we weren't able to remove the mustard and ketchup and it smelled like onions.

This Wendy's that's quite possibly the worst Wendy's I've ever went to. First off atmosphere? I didn't know if I was in a restaurant or a gang meeting. Service I ordered a plain burger got one with everything on it didn't get any of my fries I ordered got two large drinks that weren't drinkable and a five piece chicken nugget with four nuggets in it. And the food was garbage. They should honestly shut this Wendy's down and I will never go there and I've given this place three chances now

The new order system worked great. They used to not take your order till the one before you was given their food, to keep their percentage good. They were LAZY. Got my food as fast as i should have this time. Thank you

First time in my life AI takes my order thru the drive thru windows. Did excelent; even changed my order because I changed my mind. Not taking jobs but making service faster and better! Pretty neat. Way to go Wendy's

Amazing Grace

9/13/25 10:23 pm. Went in just now to get a bunch of nuggets for some hungry kids. Ordered two 20 pieces. The manager Lamar let me know I would save a save a significant of amount of money and get more food if I ordered the family size, 50 nuggets. That was super cool of him and he sets a good example for the crew. Thanks to the crew and to Lamar. I will be back! 👍

I only put a four star on atmosphere because the fry lady with the pink hair was very mean and angry. This is no way to lead a crew. This Wendy’s has come a long way and they are doing absolutely wonderful. This was my first job when I was 16. I love this Wendy’s.

My husband and I stopped at Wendy’s tonight and had such an amazing experience that we actually asked the staff their names — Alain, Lamar, and Nick. From the moment we walked in until the time we left, they made us feel so welcome (I didn’t feel like we were in a fast food restaurant). Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine kindness really stood out and made our night! It’s rare these days to find a team that goes above and beyond like they did, and we truly appreciate it. Keep it up!

I've been here many of times and every time I go there they can't seem to get my order correct. Definitely don't recommend go to the one on Palm Bay Rd if you can this one is just a waste of time and money.
