They let my food sit to get cold walked pass it multiple times . Didn’t give me my food after it was ready for 10 minutes.

I just ordered wings thru door dash and they sent me hot buffalo wings instead of lemon pepper. Also the French fries were under cooked.

The service was okay. The food is not at all good anymore like it used to be years ago. Idk if it’s new owners or what the issue is. But the worst part is the prices!! They are ridiculous!! Over priced for sure. The deal is not a deal at all. I don’t know but they need to press the reset button and try again. So better by your community and your customers!!

So maybe it's just me but when I called the first time to ask about boneless wings, I was not told that it automatically comes with fries, and I was given a completely different price then what I would be paying originally....I then called back and mentioned boneless wings 3X before ordering and they still managed to give me bone in wings, I was told that if I brought them back they would fix it but honestly the order shouldn't have been messed up.

The food here is always amazing and the staff is GREAT! I always make sure I stop in whenever I'm in palm bay.

The five of us are regulars. One of our orders did not come out with the other orders. The server said it would be right out. In the meantime the rest of us finished our meals. The sever never came back with the other order or an update. Therefore, we asked for an update and the server said it was still being prepared. We requested the order to be taken off the bill, but the server said she was not allowed to comp the order. We asked to speak to a manager. She said management was not there and we needed to call tomorrow We ended up canceling the order. The food is very good, but unfortunately they lost 5 regular customers over customer service.

So on this day 5th of December 2024 I decided that when I leave work I would like to drive up to Brevard county to Wings and Things because I really miss the food there since I moved from Brevard county to St Lucie county. So as a frequent driver from Tri-County just to satisfy my taste buds I noticed that there was a charge or a fee for me using my card which came up to $1.80. so I called to ask about this fee and I was told unfortunately it is what it is. Which at the beginning of my order that should have been the disclaimer. And as a (professional) you should have your staff to always present that disclaimer before and not after the fact. I'm very disappointed and how management handle this situation. And I will be reporting to the better Business bureau.

My second experience with their food and the wings were delicious. The fries aren't so good.

Awesome wings and great service
*10/22/24* haven't been in awhile and I will say still the best wings I've had. And the prices are the best I seen around (that includes GA, TN and Jacksonville FL)

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I ordered a 10 piece wings extra crispy with fries. Not only were the wings not extra crispy and didn’t taste done, the fries were extremely soggy like they had been sitting. I called back to let them know and was told i could bring the wings back. I let the team member know i live 20 minutes away and was not coming back tonight and could come in tomorrow and she said that’s their policy and that’s all they could do. It looked super slow when i went in so i should have known the food wasn’t good. Doesn’t look like they get good business at all. Nobody was sitting in the inside and they were super slow. Never will eat here again. I wasted $20.

Was happy with service, until it was time to pay, all of a sudden my husband money disappeared, called csr, who advise that they charged our prepaid card, manager spoke with csr and csr stated there was a charge from this place( I them paid separately) there is a pending hold, because the card didn’t have enough funds, in which we told her, and also gave cash , she messed up and no apology was given from her. And the csrd company said he has to wait until the pending falls off / up to 8 days . The energy as if we was not being honest is what got me .

Last night, I ordered wings and specifically asked for them not to be overcooked, and to my surprise, you nailed it. They're usually cooked too hard even when I ask otherwise, but this time they were perfect, smothered in barbecue sauce. The cook did an excellent job!
