We stopped by this AA to get some cinnamon pretzel bites and a lemonade. The store was clean but seemed so dull interior wise. On the positive side, they had bunch of items like pretzels, cinnamon bites, pretzel dogs, already made and ready to go. Same for the strawberry lemonade we got. Both items took less than 5 minutes. The cinnamon bites were standard AA quality. The lemonade tasted good as well.

The csshier was rude , why they have unfriendly workers, where is the manager??

I wonder why they have people who understand that they are not nice, I wonder where the manager's professionalism is. And lastly, why do they get angry when you ask them for something that job. The cashier was rude .

I witnessed how the “owner” made every single employee cry. Also i was told by the employees to not give tips as the owner keeps them. The back side of the store is also infected with roaches

I don’t even want to be rude. But it just wasn’t acceptable. Maria at cashier told me the most I’d wait for mini dogs is 10minutes. Her exact words was 7-10minutes. I was on my work break in which is only 30mins. I didn’t get my mini dogs until my timer said 2 minutes. I waited over 20 minutes for mini dogs. And as I’m watching the ‘ cook ‘ in a blue shirt making them. She’s taking her sweet time to put them in cups, only for me to get my food and all the min dogs are falling out of the bread. I was 2 seconds from asking for a refund before I just said whatever & walked out. The food is usually always great. But this would be my second time in a row where the food wasn’t and the timing was super off.

My daughter got the peach perfection smoothie, and I chose The mango-a-go-go smoothie. Neither one of them were very good. We also got an order of the original nuggets with a side of cheese dip to share and they were just okay.

4 employees could not figure out how to ring in a #4 combo… idk if everyones first day but its $7.19 and they rang it up for $14.79. I asked why and they shrugged and said thats the price. I just left :(

So many birds flying around trying to get your food. Are pretzels were still, and so are the cinnamon rolls
