I went there for Valentine’s Day. First off if the kitchen closes at 10pm then you shouldn’t have reservations to be booked at 10pm and later. Then my waiter his shift ended and instead of coming to us as he should have he just disappeared then in order for me to get help I had to ask for a waiter that is when I found out the waiter even left. Then our food comes out pasta was so hard that it was like it wasn’t even cooked. We ordered the pasta in white truffle sauce. When the pasta came back I guess because the kitchen was closed at this point it was pasta with it seems like 5 sticks of melted butter in it. With barely any truffle. When you go to a restaurant with $85 plates of pasta you’re expecting something incredible. Well that fell flat on its face, I know next time I’m better off at the Olive Garden.

I celebrated my birthday at Bice last night and had an amazing experience. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere beautiful, and the service impeccable. What an amazing meal and the service was also excellent. Restaurant has great energy very intimate and great location.

Everything was fantastic! Service, food, environment, timing. Both Jose's are great guys. The Chef Jose and the manager Jose treated me well and have me coming back with the family. It is my favorite restaurant on the island.
