What an amazing meal and the service was also excellent. Restaurant has great energy very intimate and great location.

We learned about this restaurant and hotel from watching Alan and Molly from Mammoth Club on YouTube. After watching their video of this resort and restaurant, we decided to stay here and eat at Bice. It did not disappoint. Everything was fantastic and a great experience. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Bice. The atmosphere was outstanding, the food was “to die for” and the service was wonderful. Thank you for a great night!

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Universal Orlando resort. The food and service are always exceptional. It's always a must-do for us when we stay at Universal Orlando.

we had a table booked for NYE we like to have an early dinner and as we had dined here before thought it was a good spot our reservation was 5.15 we arrived at 5.10 not a warm welcome at all the hostess was terse She showed us to table for four and I asked if we could move one table over as I ilke to sit catty corner to my wife so can chat At this point we had passed all the servers on our way NOT ONE PERSON GREETED us or was smiling they all look very stern VERY ODD Our server approached the table did not introduce himself, my wife had put her purse in the empty seat next to her and pointed at it and very harshly told he her they had "bag holders" and pointed at one behind me. He was very rude and condescending, bordering on hostile At this point my initial feeling was to request and alternate table or server something I have only ever done once before in a lifetime of fine dining restaurants When he returned with water and to take our cocktail order I said tonight would not be a night to dine outside ( we had passed through the square and it was laid up for about 1200 outside He briskly told me you cant dine outside! So i said no I meant if the square His reply was "oh I dont care about outside its nothing I consider". I should just got and left at that point We ordered this seem to be a chore for him The food was ok the only person with a smile on his face was the food runner He was very pleasant. We were ready for our check which for reason needed him to confer with a manager not sure why?? speaking of managers nobody came by to greet us, check on our meal or after we had finished and there two managers stood with 5 feet of us When we were leaving I asked the hostess to validate my parking she didn't look at me pointed to the stand where she then stamped my ticket NO GOODNIGHT thanks for coming happy new year nothing ? If you had told me that before that nights service all the staff had been told they were getting a 50% reduction in hours and pay I could underst

Food was average overall Service was very good Wouldn't put it high on my list to come back

It was our first time and wow we can't wait to go back. We ate lunch and the Fried Calamari, tuna appetizer, beef carpaccio was all excellent. Niko was great, white glove service all the way

Bice is a first-class Italian restaurant. Food and service are excellent. The setting, overlooking the water and plaza through numerous large windows, is charming. (There is also outdoor seating available.) Our room was located just down the hall from the restaurant entrance, which was extremely convenient. Highly recommended.

Food was mostly good. Tuna tartar was amazing and the gianduja dessert was delicious. My veal scallopini had a weird taste to it but thankfully the cheese I asked to be melted on top mostly saved it. Service was quite slow but all servers were friendly and always visible. Atmosphere is typical for the area in that it’s very fancy and high end.

Went here for their Christmas dinner- so a restricted menu- food was ok, service was very good, was a quiet spot to relax after a long day at the parks- just feel food quality wasn't worth the overall bill.

The food is always delicious. Service is excellent. What a fabulous restaurant for a special occasion. Very romantic and relaxing. Emidio, the GM is the best. Always so charming and makes sure everything is perfect.
