I’ve had several fantastic experiences at BICE. The atmosphere inside and outside is so beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend the octopus when it is on the menu. All the dishes we have had were satisfying.

Amazing experience, from the service to the quality of the food. Everyone is attentive and makes your night really special. Our server Mr. C was an outstanding professional who made everything perfect. I truly recommend The Pappardelle al Telefono and the Chicken Milanese- best is town.

Expensive truffles had no flavor. Pasta was super oily Food was very under seasoned I was disappointed by our meal. Wine was very nice

What a charming restaurant. Went there this Sunday for Brunch. It was wonderful with the staff so attentive to your every need. A truly lovely atmosphere with a Jazz Duo fronted by Ron Helman on Flugelhorn and James MCreavy on guitar, which added to the ambiance of this fine restaurant. A most relaxing Sunday indeed. Highly recommend.

My Husband and I went to Bice’s Restaurant in Palm Beach perhaps 6 times sinceOctober, 2023..We placed a reservation for outdoor seating tonight.We brought Guests who came to visit.Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the Matre’ D ( a man, not a gentleman , wearing thick black framed glasses).He was utterly rude as he told us that we did not request for outdoor seating and pointed to a table far across the main dining room and told us, in quote,“There’s your table” as he continued to point.He did not escort us, nor did he have another Staff member escort us to the table.He was disrespectful and surprised all of us with his behavior. This is utterly unacceptable!We have frequented many of the finest restaurants in New York and never had such a terrible experience.We enjoyed the food and we have had a much better experience each time prior to this evening..The food and service were good, as always.In fact, two other customers who witnessed this entire experience came to speak with us and told us that the man was completely rude.The remainder of the staff was good.

This was our 3rd time here. really enjoyed the other times but this time was horrible. Will never return. Had a res outside and although many tables available we were sat at the back. Ordered the very pricey pasta with truffles and it was cold, had to send back, also ordered veal parm. which was chewy. Will never go back.

Our table for 2 had the only woven bistro chairs in the restaurant and were very uncomfortable. All the other chairs in the dining room were nice upholstered chairs. The cocktails were over priced. The chicken Parmesan was good.
