The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. The room itself was small but comfortable. You have to ask for a coffee machine. I would have liked a kettle to make tea. Or they should offer tea with the Nespresso machine that you need to request. The bathroom was very nice. The main pool was beautiful and so was the beach. They offer a Tesla shuttle service to Worth Avenue if you want to go shopping ort to a restaurant. It was a unique experience.
I waited 20 years to go to this hotel and it was everything I imagined it to be!! Its charm and history throughout the hotel is breathtaking the rooms are a little small but who cares you’re not there to spend a lot of time in the room. Restaurants were great the service was amazing everyone was so nice from the Valet to the front desk. You honestly never have to leave the Hotel.
FAKE Luxury Hotel — the Price of Hotel Ritz for Motel 6 Furnishings. Hey Breakers Management - time to wake up and renovate your aging hotel. The beds are pathetic and uncomfortable. I don’t know what’s worse — the back pain I have from sleeping in a horrible old mattress at the Breakers or the pathetic response from the Day Manager - Bradley - who was observably clueless on the necessity of a positive customer experience. I will never stay at this poorly maintained and dilapidated hotel again. The worst bed I have ever slept in you should embarrassed. I guess you could stay at the Breakers if you don’t plan to sleep at night. My conclusion: Avoid the Breakers, unless you want to waste money. The Breakers is not a luxury hotel. It is a joke and an overpriced embarrassment.
Stay here was amazing. Large resort with lots of amenities. Several pools to chose from. We rented an ocean cabana…service was fast and excellent ! Ocean front king room was amazing. Toiletries were high end and replenished daily. Sparkling water replenished daily as well. The spa is a must. One of the best massages I have had. The Seafoood Bar is a happening place and has amazing drinks and food. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Maybe one of my favorite resorts! Iconic luxurious Palm beach island stay! I love the beach and of course the amazing breakfast experience. The jazz bar are of course! This place does not need a review, it's an experience by itself. Awaiting for my 156th time there!
This place has such a sensational elegance that it is worth flying into Palm Beach to experience. The food is fresh and delicious, the service is exceptional, the atmosphere one of a kind. "Ida Ivanka Cocktail at the fish bar, Oysters, Mashed potatoes"
Had reservations at the Italian Restaurant for my mom's 94th birthday. I requested a birthday cake on my reservation. For a supposedly high class place, this place was a joke. Non-Italian music was playing so loud I thought we were in a night club. And paper tablecloths. Are you kidding me? Service was good but the food was an embarrassment. Pasta was undercooked. What kind or chef serves undercooked pasta? Not a very good one. And a pet peeve of mine is if you are going to serve shrimp in a sauce how about taking the tails off! As for my mom's cake, there was none. They put together some desserts as a substitute. My mom didn't know she was supposed to get a cake, so she was happy. But you would think details like a birthday cake would be easy for a high-class restaurant. And for a place that has a dress code you would think the staff would look the part. The manager had his street clothes on. I know it's off season but it's not off season to the people who eat there. Big disappointment from a former restaurant manager.
Extraordinary couples getaway / baby moon location, though it also would have been wonderful with a larger family. With such a sprawling and diverse property, there is a little something for everyone. Highlights included: -relaxing setting: over two days, we found places to relax in shaded bungalows by the adults-only pool, chairs on the beach, rocking chairs on the lawn by the shops, and the various lounges within the spa. -The pool concierge, who help you find the perfect spot by one of the four pools to suit your interest and are available at the press of a button if you need a drink -The breakfast buffet at the circle -The spa lounges, where you have access for a full day if you book a spa treatment, and are a wonderful place to unwind -HMF, excellent cocktails and inventive small plates -The staff - all around excellent job! It’s all obviously expensive, but on our part, we found it worthwhile for such a perfect relaxing getaway.

The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach is a decent oceanfront property; with average to mediocre service, dated facilities and aging infrastructure. The Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach is NOT a Fine Hotels and Resorts venue; not by any stretch of the imagination. 1.- Delayed luggage upon check-in (by more than 45 minutes) 2.- Delivery of a Nespresso coffee maker to the room, with NO coffee. 3.- Even as a hotel guest with a reservation made through FHR AmexPlat, you CANNOT use the Spa steam room and sauna, you have to pay for a treatment (this is the lowest form of nickel and dime guests) the room was $800/night. 4.- The breakfast buffet is average, we are in Florida and it doesn't even serve fresh squeeze orange juice. 5.- The "upgrade" on the 5 floor overlooking a rooftop, is extremely noisy, you can hear everything from your neighbors as those are connecting rooms. In hence, if you are to stay in Palm Beach for $800/night, go to the Four Seasons. The hotel assistant manager Brandon Dooley is a nice guy, he bought us lunch to compensate, but the experience was already ruined. Brandon should go work for another hotel to save his career. Finally, the one thing they don't mention is that the Breakers has turned into a very children friendly property, they are running everywhere.
This is an amazing place, better than we expected! They are improving their water sports company too. The rooms need more sound proofing for adjoining rooms. The food at their on site restaurants are very good, and the off-site restaurants are delicious as well. They have a shuttle that can take you there. The hotel reminds me of a docked cruise ship with nice sprawling pools and seats, and a private beach that you can overlook or spend the day at. The service can use some improvement though. I wish they had in room coffee makers and microwaves for when you had leftovers and wanted to reheat them later. The clientele is upscale and nice shops there too, but the service at the shops is wanting. Overall, it is a must-visit!
Had a wonderful time, was the rest and relaxation I needed! Hotel is just beautiful and the staff were wonderful and so accommodating. Also did a great scuba and snokeling lesson with (Private scuba and snokeling - Laura Parke) Instructor, that was one of the BEST EXPERIENCES I've ever had and Laura handled me with such professionalism, care and knowledge that I signed up for more lessons! I highly recommend the Breakers Hotel and Laura Parke - "Private scuba and snokeling!!
Best hotel to stay in, sadly we only stayed only for a night there because we had a visit some relatives and assisted to a family reunion but on my return to south Florida I will make sure to truly enjoy such hotel where you can find anything in from the family perspective to business meeting
Had a great time staying at the Breakers over the weekend. The grounds and hotel are awesome. They have the best customer service and go all out to make every experience enjoyable. Great food on site at HMF and the Beach house. Nice golf course, beach, pool area and shops all close together so minimal effort required to move around the property. If I’m looking for a nice place for a getaway in the area - this is the place.
