A PB staple. Everything is flavorful, well prepared and incredible. The service is stellar. It's a more lively restaurant so expect some noise. Highly recommended if you can get a reservation.
Everything was superb, from the service to the food to the atmosphere. A definitive must, and we will be back soon!
One of our top restaurants in Palm Beach. Drinks, apps and deserts in perfect portions so you can enjoy it all without feeling stuffed.
great experience. Food is amazing, especially the small plates. People watching is wonderful but sadly the Noise level makes it hard to talk. I am hoarse from shouting at my tablemates.
The food was obviously outstanding, but just as important was their knowledge and patience with my wife's celiac disease. Not once was she worried about cross-contamination and that was all because of the care the team took. She had plenty of food options to choose from as well. Amazing.
We accepted the late reservation only to arrive and wait 20 more minutes to be seated just around 10 pm. If you are going to take a late seating you need to manage the earlier seatings/tables so the late seating can be seated on time. Our server was lovely but informed us that the entree my son wanted was out. Again if you are going to take the late seating you can't run out of food especially on a holiday weekend. Weak! Since the reservations were not managed well we accepte a seat in the bar. Halfway through our meal three drunk women sat next to us and were screaming and obnoxious. So it seems management need to oversee some of these simple issue
Food was creative and delicious and waiter was on it and helpful and terrific. Every bite was eaten. Highly recommend it is amazing!!!!
Buccan is a consistently unique and delicious experience. There are many solid places to eat in Palm beach, but for me the most interesting menu and the tastiest dishes is prepared at Buccan. We had a wonderful knowledgeable waiter with great recommendations on the new menu items. Foodies will enjoy this restaurant.
Buccan continues to be the premier culinary experience for the true foodie fan. Chef Clay has created a following that reflects service and craft. His staff is dedicated. Service is not rushed. The timing and delivery is truly an art form. The little things go a long way, so much so that you do not see your water glass filled or your finished plate taken away. You are allowed to be in the moment. I highly suggest you accept any recommendation.
We were told about peoples favorite before going to the restaurant and planned what we were going to order. However, we went 1st day of October so it was a new menu. The waitress gave suggestions and every dish we got was absolutely fabulous! They looked like a work of art upon arrival, and the layering and combination of flavors was artistic genius. Things I never would have considered putting together we a surprisingly delicious combination.

Had high expectations for this one, but fell a little flat. Was pleasantly surprised to have our table ready exactly at our reservation time, given the place was packed. Was less excited to be on the corner of a high traffic area - my son got bumped into at least 2x by hurrying waiters or guests. It was packed to the gills for a Tuesday night. Food service was REALLY slow. We sat for 40 minutes before the first bite of food was on the table. Partially because it took so long for the waiter to take our orders. They are likely as understaffed as anyone, but it was a really long wait for appetizers and then again for the entrees. Salad was *way* overdressed but the branzino was spectacular. Mixed experience for sure.
Another great meal at Buccan! My sister in law is plant based and the menu had several choices for her. She was very pleased with how accommodating chef was with her extra requests.
The food was very good value and I enjoyed how eclectic the flavors were. My husband and I ordered for small plates and we were full! Of the four we tried, the short rib empanadas and the sweet corn agnolotti were delicious. I would definitely go back to try the other dishes.
One of the best dining experiences you'll ever have. Our server was soooo friendly and amazing.... He made sure we were well taken care of and helped us in anyway he could. The food and wine were all delicious and this is one of my favorite spots in palm beach. Book it and you won't be disappointed!! bravo job Buccan. Thank you for being a great spot time after time
I had dinner at Buccan less than 24 hours ago and I'm already writing a review – THAT'S how good it is. The ambiance is lively, the service is incredible (shoutout to Seth, our waiter, who had the best recommendations, was fast, and just a delight), and the food... my god. First, I had a cocktail that I sadly cannot remember the name of, but somehow remember all the ingredients – mezcal, bourbon, pineapple, lemon juice, and a bit of sugar. I genuinely asked if I could purchase a carafe of it to take home because it might just be the best cocktail I have ever had. My friend ordered a mocktail that was also delicious and was creatively presented. Big bonus that the mocktails aren't an afterthought here! For dinner, we enjoyed the hamachi tiradito, Maine Lobster salad, mushroom spring rolls, burrata, and ricotta cavatelli with lamb. The pasta dish was insane. It was so good we asked for bread to wipe up every last bit of the sauce. The bread arrived warm and was so good, it made me regret not making time to also have lunch at Buccan to get one of their sandwiches while in Palm Beach. Ending the meal with the banana fosters butter cake was a decadent, celebratory finish. I will be thinking about this meal and the entire experience for years to come. 10 out of 10!
