Had friends visiting in a few weeks but Buccan didn’t have any open reservations. I emailed them and they squeezed me in! Before I even ate here I could see how dedicated they are to customer service.The service itself is second to none. They are constantly refilling you water, changing your plates, and cleaning your table. All the staff is so friendly. Vanessa was our waitress and she was fantastic.As for the food, we had steak tartare, mushroom tacos, calamari, and lobster fusilli. The food gets 5/5. Everything was amongst the best food I’ve ever eaten. I’ve never had better calamari anywhere else, and it was fresh, as was all their food.My only “complaint” is the small portions, but it is worth it. Three people shared four plates and we were all full by the end of the night.I think Buccan is the best restaurant in all of Palm Beach County, not just Palm Beach. Make sure you make your reservations many weeks in advance!

Unbelievable food, exceptional service, and amazing atmosphere.I wish I remembered the server to give him all the kudos but he was incredible and what made our experience at Buccan so memorable. We went for my bachelorette dinner and we shared the burrata with pistachio pesto, Parmesan fries, and tuna crisps - all were devoured! I got the sweet corn agnolotti for myself and savored every bite.Going to Buccan is the dining experience you crave when you want a nice dinner out with a dim lit and lively atmosphere with amazing food and service. I cannot recommend it enough!!!

We had a great experience at Buccan on a Friday night. We arrived for our 5:30 reservation and asked for a table closer to the open kitchen for ambiance and were accommodated. Our server was really friendly and gave great suggestions. Food comes out as it's ready. We enjoyed all of the appetizers (see pics), the shishito salad was my favorite. I thought the scallops, which I had a main course were good but not great. Overall, we would return to try more items on the menu!

3 times a charm. This is the ideal venue where sharing is caring. What a nice way to enjoy the many fresh choices. What we love about Buccan is the level of service and the consistency. WOW. It is so much fun to watch how everyone works together and gets insync with customer's needs. Buccan has become our go-to venue.

I can only speak to the sandwich service they run at lunchtime, but that is PHENOMENAL! It was recommended to me by a local bartender as a "very Palm Beach" thing to do: order a sandwich at their walk-up window, and enjoy that sandwich at the park or at the nearby beach. They have fantastic and unusual sandwiches, and (for Palm Beach) they are reasonably priced. It was so great I did it every day I was there! I wish I could've tried more! I'd come back to Palm Beach just for the sandwiches!

Food was INCREDIBLE. Booked a month out and managed to get a table on my birthday (Feb 13th), which we all know is the day before Valentines. They book out super far in advanced, so you know that's how good the food is. They had some really cool takes on appetizers like a hot dog panini?! Delicious. Server was great, very attentive, especially as they filled up so quickly, always checking in, keeping waters full and making sure we were accommodated. I am gluten free so she was able to tell me what changes they could make in the kitchen to accommodate me. Walking in, you definitely don't expect the food to match the "vibe", it definitely looks a little more relaxed and dressed down, but don't be cooked as the food is very high end. Food ordered: Apps: Short Rib Empanada, Hot Dog Panini, Spicy Pork Taco Dinner: Prime Dry Aged New York Strip (cut like butter), Sweet Corn Agnolotti (this pasta was insanely good and so unexpected.) Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake Book it!

I was excited to eat here until I got there. This was a horrible environment. The hostess was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even let others sit before me and my husband. I asked them and they didn’t even have a reservation. I truly believe they just didn’t want to serve us. The vibe was very pretentious and snobby. The food looked like it could’ve been really good but I never even got to eat it because the vibe was not nice.

Noisy, busy but food well worth the wait. We were a large group (10) but had a reservation for 7. Was not seated until 7:45. Once seated, the service was amazing. There was nothing bad amongst the almost 10 different meals ordered. Appetizers were fun to share. Many of the tastes quite unique.
