After many visits to this restaurant over the years, I had a very bad experience on Saturday. The maitre d' advised that there was no reservation under name I gave him. He was rude, unhelpful and wrong. Turns out my friends had already been seated and the name I had given the maitre d' was on a card on the table. But worse, the food arrived cold - 2 fish dishes and a meat entree. For the prices charged, this was unacceptable. Plus service was poor. May have been a one off but the experience was very unenjoyable. Won't be going back anytime soon.

We had a very lovely meal and great service. We usually all get different meals and everything was wonderful. I would suggest the short ribs, Bolognese or the chicken dish, incredible. We had the caesar salad and it was okay but the burrata salad is wonderful. The only opportunity I found was that we had a table beside the French doors and due the current weather, there was actual wind coming through the doors. Our server was lovely and offered to move us but at that point, we had already ordered our meals. Fortunately, one of the hosts came over and physically added painter's tape to the door. We have been coming here for years and I am hoping that this issue can be addressed since the AC returns are very modern in nature.

Hosted clients at Cafe L'Europe and it was excellent. Rudy was amazing and the service was outstanding. The souffle we had to top off the evening was delicious. I will return next time I am in West Palm. Good vibe, great food.

We were celebrating a birthday so wanted a special place. Cafe L’Europe never disappoints. Our server,Orshi was charming and professional and attentive to our needs. We started with the warm shitaki mushroom salad - a must when I dine here. Our friends had a beautifully cooked steak and tuna tartare. We had our favorite- dill salmon. Everything was magnificent. The soufflés of grand marnier and chocolate were both delectable. A fabulous birthday celebration, indeed

The atmosphere was really fancy! If you wanna go on a fancy dinner with a medium price this is perfect! And the dress code was only no caps, which is the beat for a fancy restaurant! I recommend gokng at night and i got the pina colada sundae for dessert and its the perfect!

The atmosphere beautiful and the service including the valet were outstanding. Unfortunately the Chef may have been gone for the summer because the food was not enjoyable. The Branzino was overcooked, and over seasoned with salt and pepper. The Wiener Schnitzel was tender but unseasoned. The Chocolate Soufflé was bland and should have been served with Crème Anglaise instead of chocolate sauce. Looking at all the rave reviews I can only guess the regular Chef is not present in the Summer. Over rated and would not return.

I salute CAFÉ L’EUROPE PALM BEACH?... Job well done. We have been dining at this first-class establishment since we settled here in 1979. Of course, in the beginning, you had a different location. We were greeted very nicely @ the entrance, and our table was waiting for us. The table setting looked very nice, the decor of the Restaurant projects a lovely ambiance, welcomed by our Server Ms. Antonella" . We were given the Winelist by the glass as well as the a la carte menu. Ms. Antonella also mentioned the daily specials. She is very professional and attentive, and you can see she loves her job. She checked on us often. The rest of the team was also very attentive and did a magnificent job. ... The food was outstanding, it tasted so good, therefore I salute the Chef as well. To top it off, we ordered the Grand Marnier Soufflé, it was so good....we enjoyed our evening at CAFÉ L’EUROPE PALM BEACH and will continue to recommend to anyone who is looking for a great dining experience. Keep up the good work, and rest assured, we will be back. I also want to mention the cheerful Ms. Jane, who takes care of our reservation. .. she does a marvellous job as well..... we love coming here...

Lovely French bistro ambience perfect for a romantic birthday dinner! They completely spoiled me! Our charming host showed us to our choice of tables, and we loved sitting side by side on the banquette like we did in Paris! They made a Happy Birthday sign to make me feel extra celebrated! Loved the selection of $45 bottles of American wines in honor of their 45th birthday! We selected a bottle of Tattinger sparkling wine, and were surprised to learn the old French family has added an American vineyard to their collection! The shrimp cocktail and the lobster salad were both light and delightful, as was the chocolate soufflé! Excellent spot for a romantic celebration!

Had the pleasure of finally dining at this Palm Beach Island treasure. My NY Strip was cooked to perfection. Had it paired with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. Delish! I sat at the beautiful bar and faced the door so I could people watch...as Palm Beach is famous for its colorful people and clothes! Heather the bartender took AMAZING care of me. Thoughtful, attentive and fun! She was a real treat! In fact, I'll go back just to have her serve me again! Met 2 of the chefs...what a delight! The hostess was beautiful and attentive...sorry I didn't catch her name. All in all, it was a great experience for this first timer. Go check it out...and if you sit at the bar...ask for Heather.
