The owners really care about the customers experience and had a passion for making sure you enjoyed every sip! Hidden gem! Add Chick Monk to your bucket list! I select my coffee shops based on who has whipped cream, and they usually do have it but unfortunately they didn’t have any this morning. They offered to make a sweetened foam for my latte and she added sprinkles of brown sugar and it was amazing. I can’t wait to try that at home. The coffee is grown on their family farm in India, and it was so smooth and delightful that I had to take a bag home with me?. The owners were so pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience in their shop. Visiting Chik Monk is a testament to why I seek out locally owned small business shops. They also have freshly made pastries from a local French pastry chef; the almond croissant is delicious. If you want to start your day with friendly people and an outstanding coffee and pastry, stop by Chik Monk!

We visited Palm Beach for a couple of days. Our hotel was close to this unique coffee shop. My kids wanted the chocolate croissants, but there was only one left. The lady was so nice; she added some chocolate to a butter croissant to make a chocolate croissant for my daughter. She loved it. They even gave them milk and didn’t charge for it. They were super nice people! The coffee also tasted great!! I had decaf latte and my husband had cappuccino. We will definitely come back when we visit this area again.

(four generations ) The coffee is grown from original coffee from Africa brought into India, by Baba Budan. Grown in Chikmagalur, Karnataka ?? India! Fantastic home grown reality is rare in our time.
