Amazing! I have been going to Drift PB regularly for coffee, smoothies and other delicious items. I ordered 2 sandwiches today via Uber Eats and received 2 cookies instead. I called Drift and was passed on to Lindsay who was beyond gracious and kind. While the mix up happened as the Uber Eats driver picked up the wrong delivery bag, Lindsay immediately offered to re-deliver my order (herself if she wants busy! - how nice is that!) and paid for another Uber to deliver my sandwiches.
Now that is amazing customer service. Not only will I continue to go to Drift but I am going to share my story and actively promote this little shop full of goodies and clearly run by people who are kind, attentive and business savvy.

If you’re a girl with an Alo set this is the place for you. Men take your girl here she’ll love it. The drift a rito was literally gas, idk who was working back there but he cooked that up like he was serving it to his loved ones. The drinks are super trendy and aesthetic. The hazel nut literally made me run through a wall and I ended up at worth ave. I was feeling it all the way till dinner. You can bring dogs In a lot of little guys were sniffing my toes. Also birds get close to you at the tables. Firemen were there getting a coffee.

Stopped by on a morning stroll with my boyfriend and we both ordered iced coffees. They serve watered down coffee but the lady was very sweet and gave me extra syrup when requested. Wasn’t the best coffee but i’m sure their other items are great

We came in 2 days in a row and got the sea salt caramel and honey nut lattes each time. Both days they tasted completely different. There was more coffee in the lattes on the second day than the first. There was so much salt in the salted caramel and the honey nut barely had any syrup. I asked the barista to add a little more and she put so much that it was so sweet like cereal milk. Would come back but I recommend they be more consistent so their products are reliable

Drift Palm Beach was a fantastic spot for our family! My wife, four kids, and I sat outside in the beautiful courtyard, which had a wonderfully relaxed and inviting vibe. I had the chicken Caesar wrap—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—and paired it with a perfectly made iced vanilla latte that really hit the spot. I highly recommend this gem if you are looking for top-notch food and a great atmosphere!

Ordered a burrata sandwich on delivery and immediately bit into someone's long black hair, vomited, and then searched through the remainder of the sandwich to find a half-inch piece of plastic-like paper stuffed into it, as well. Horrific food quality.
It’s busy but a great little spot. Would love to come back and try new things from the menu.

Nice little white girl cafe here. Breakfast sandwiches were unreal and the iced coffee was the best I’ve had from Boca/Delray/West Palm area. Will be indulging here for the foreseeable future.
