Service was professional and attentive; food was solid. None of the dishes were standouts but all were well done.

My girlfriends and I were so excited to try Echo for our dinner, as we’ve heard great things. Unfortunately the dinner didn’t start off well, we waited 25 minutes to be greeted by our server meanwhile 2 tables over someone was seated after us and they were greeted, and got their drinks before us. It could have been a simple mistake but I expect more from a Breakers restaurant. And it didn’t help that we were the only black table there so it initially felt like a slight. Once the server came over after we flagged down the girl that brought us water when we were seated, she was very nice. The restaurant was beautiful but it smelled like wet mop where we were seated and it was extremely loud, the music & the tables nearby were yelling. I could barely hear my friends. However, we REALLY enjoyed the food. Like everything we had was delicious, I do think the portions are small and I’m sure some people could consider it overpriced but since we genuinely enjoyed everything, I have no complaints on that end. I wish what happened in the beginning didn’t happen because it definitely soured my experience. Anyways I think I’d be willing to try them again bc of the food but I’m not sure. I wish I took more photos! Oh, and valet was included.

Visited last night and it absolutely delivered. The atmosphere is upscale but still comfortable great energy without feeling loud or rushed. Service was attentive and knowledgeable, and everything came out perfectly timed.

We loved the food and the service at Echo. It is a little pricey, but we were happy to pay it and finished everything on our plates. Service was wonderful.

Great service from Daisey. Food good & promptly delivered to our table. We always come here when we are in town. A consistent and good spot!

This restaurant is a joke - stupidly assumed because it’s associated with the resort it would be good.

Incredibly over-priced Asian food. Pad thai sauce tasted like ketchup mixed with sugar. Stomach was hurting extremely badly after eating here immediately after leaving the restaurant, possibly due to scallops in the miso soup which might have been rancid. Do not recommend coming here - save your money and just go to Pura Vida.

Service was terrible took over 30 minutes to get our drinks, the starters were good and came out really quickly, we ordered the Peking Duck for the 4 of us at $58/person - server said it was a great choice but so not true - first of all they just served the plate with the duck and the accompaniments to the table without assembling them - which is not usually how it is served, usually the server will bring the duck over, cut the skin, the meat and assemble each pancake to serve - we asked the to serve it so they brought it back to the kitchen and had them assemble it, so we ended up getting 6 duck pancakes for the 4 of us or 1.5 pancakes per person, not much for $58/person - but the worst part was the dish tasted terrible, usually the skin is super crispy and you get the crunch when you bite into the pancake but the crunch was non-existent and there was no flavor - the pancakes were huge and had a funny flavor - bottom line is - this dish isn't worth it, was a real disappointment- in terms of the rest of the food, very middle of the road, nothing outstanding to report - but there is a pretty cool vibe at the restaurant so that was fun. Will not be back, was hoping this would be my new go to Asian restaurant but unfortunately it will not!

My favorite Asian Restaurant. I live in Boca and whenever I can I like to go to Palm Beach to eat at Echo.

The chill video of the place is exceptional as is the service. On point, on time, sophisticated. That said, the food was good but not nearly good enough to command premium prices. Our yellow tail was bland, wonton soup, lettuce wraps and Asian stir fry were good, not great. Be hard to justify a return visit based on vibe and service alone/.

Bar service was non existent. 3 requests to get a refill. Almost done with food when they finally arrived. Food way too spicy (pad-tai). Ginger Chicken was just OK, but not a whole lot for $46.00. The only think that was great was the tuna tacos. Very mediocre for the price and service.

Echo of Palm Beach is truly Wife’s favorite restaurant, and I couldn't agree with him more. We've visited this place several times, and it never fails to impress us with its outstanding food and top-notch service. What's even more remarkable is that this restaurant is owned by the prestigious Breakers Hotel.

Poor service. Plenty of staff walking around but none paying any attention to the tables. Food was average, not good or great. Beautiful restaurant and hope they turn around their service.
