Outstanding, as usual! The ambience, the service, the drinks and the food were all exceptional! One of our favorite spots in PB!
Sushi was delicious as was the short rib app. Stir fry was incredibly salty and oddly in a restaurant of this caliber, the waitress told me it was bc they put MSG in the sauce. Really?! Who in 2025 in an upscale restaurant puts MSG, a known neurotoxin, into a dish?
Food was alright Server did not explain the menu at all, super overpriced 800$ for 2 people. Best thing on the menu is Peking duck.
The food was quite good, and the ambiance was great once we moved to the larger table next to the original one we sat at. Our server Daniel was really helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. He was very friendly and guided us through a wonderful time at Echo.
We had a great waiter (Nick) and the food was great. We had a table with five kids next to us so the ambiance was terrible.
The bar was pleasant, and the cocktails were very good. The server staff were pleasant and professional. The spring rolls were dry and tasteless, but the spicy chicken lettuce wraps were good. My Pad Thai was a good portion. However, my wife's spicy salmon roll was mostly rice, with very little salmon, and microscopic Wahoo on top. For the price, it was certainly not worth it.
Loved the wonton soup with generous portions of thin pork and wonton. Pork & beef broth tasty. The Tempura sweet & sour halibut with chop shuy outstanding! Impressive offerings of sake.
Food is fantastic, service excellent. Please bring back Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand!!! Prices are high
This was honestly one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! The service was superb, and the food was outstanding- 10 out of 10! Highly recommend you check this place out if you are ever in the Palm Beach area. Everything was exceptional!
Extremely over priced in my opinion. The complimentary edamame to start was a nice touch. Had the salmon & tuna tartare, duck baos, and Korean ramen. Duck baos were delicious, tartare was good, ramen was mediocre. The waiter did explain it was not ramen in the traditional sense which was fine but the steak lacked the bulgogi flavor and was over done and chewy. Drinks and service were good. They include a 20% service charge but the service warranted that. Probably won’t be going back any time soon.

The korean meat was fantastic! We really couldn't get enough. Also, the desert with the fried banana and coconut ice cream was so delicious 😋 would definitely go again.

If you're looking for extremely overpriced average food, then you have found the right location. I was really disappointed because the chef at a local restaurant raved about this place and I thought it would be incredible.
For those of you starting to read this and think, well, she should not have gone there if she could afford it, trust me I have had a work lifestyle for over 16 years of eating at high-end restaurants with clients and I still thought this was subpar for what you got.

We chose Echo to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, drawn by its glowing reviews and love for fusion Asian cuisine. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and shown to our table right away.
Tuff poured our water and was incredibly welcoming—his smiles seemed to brighten the room.
Rachel soon brought the edamame and let us know that Julian would be taking care of us shortly.
My wife ordered the "Bangkok Nights" specialty drink, which turned out to be excellent.
We enjoyed a variety of dishes: sushi, General Tso's chicken, and a flavorful flank steak paired with kimchi fried rice. While most of the food was spot-on, the white rice served with my General Tso's fell a little flat. It wasn't as fluffy as I'd hoped and leaned toward the tough side.
For dessert, we had Bananas Foster wrapped in a caramel wonton, accompanied by coconut ice cream. We were also treated to an anniversary surprise, molten lava cake with ice cream and raspberry, which was a perfect end to the meal.
Overall, the atmosphere was lovely, and the dishes were thoughtfully prepared, making for a pleasant and memorable night.

Echo at The Breakers - A Palm Beach Gem!
If you’re looking for an extraordinary dining experience in Palm Beach, Echo at The Breakers is a must-visit! The ambiance is sophisticated yet inviting, perfect for a special night out or a casual meal with friends. The Asian-inspired menu is diverse and every dish is crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The sushi is phenomenal, and the cocktails are expertly mixed—try their signature drinks, you won’t be disappointed! The staff is attentive and always ensures you have a top-notch dining experience. I’ve never had a dish here that I didn’t absolutely love, but the Kalbi Wagyu Flatiron Steak and Chilean sea bass are standouts.
Overall, Echo has been my go-to spot on Palm Beach Island for years. Whether you’re a local or visiting, this restaurant will exceed your expectations every time.
