We've been coming to Echo for at least 12-13 years. Just went last night again for my husband's birthday and while I've written other reviews there a lot longer before this one is going to be short and sweet. Service is superb. The food from sushi rolls to different items on the menu are superb. We have never had a bad meal. The only cons about this place is it is very expensive. But if you go during happy hour you can get half off on the sushi. The other con is they used to have a much more extensive menu a few years ago, but since Covid, they've pretty much cut their menu to just some signature dishes. I definitely recommend this place for occasions and if you just want to splurge.

Just your average sushi place. Probably even below average. 2 rolls and 1 rice bowl with 2 alcoholic drinks was $180. I understand it's palm beach but if I am going to pay way above average pricing I expect above average food as well. Not here ‍

Echo's Asian food varieties were outstanding and delicious. We ate on the porch, which was less noisy than inside the restaurant. Inside is also very dark in the evening. Service was excellent. Our only criticism is the prices —if you order too many dishes to share, it really adds up!

A Breakers owned restaurant so the quality of the food definitely fits the reputation. The ingredients are fresh. The sushi was very fresh. The Portions are small. The dessert is delicious. Try the soufflé or the banana chocolate spring rolls - very yummy ! Very Overpriced menu for what they are serving. The service was attentive and the restaurant was crowded. The ambiance is very dark and could use a bit more light. Valet parking available.

Wonderful birthday dinner for my daughter-excellent lychee martini-our server Carly was friendly and informative-checked on us intermittently and was never intrusive-did not feel rushed-the dragon bites and tuna tacos were delicious! They surprised us with a free birthday dessert-perfect evening-sat outside on a lovely night but the interior is beautiful-a little pricey for sushi but it is palm beach-will definitely return!

We enjoyed every dish -we ordered the short rib bao buns, vegetable spring rolls, sesame chicken and vegetable pad Thai! The flavors made each a stand out. None of the dishes were ordinary. Our server, Julian was such a kind and helpful gentleman. Our water glasses were filled continuously which I loved!!

Shanghai egg rolls were very good as an appetizer. Also ordered lobster Rangoon which was a disappointment for the second time in a row. They substantially cut down on the size, raised the price and the taste is not as good as it had been. Would not recommend. Pad Thai was very good.

Echo still one of the best Asian Fusion restaurants in Palm Bch County but like most restaurants portions size decreased. Calamari use to be large dish with rings and now small portion no rings. Bit still one of the best

We have been going here since the place opened, but have not gone in the past two or three years as we have tried other places to spread the business around. This is owned by the Breakers Hotel, and like the Breakers has gone the Disney route. Bar service was excellent, though we really did not really need to go to the bar, if the hostess did her job. Regardless our past 3 experiences at Breakers restaurants in the past month have been epic disappointments. This is the last place I want to see fail, but the Breakers has changed who they want at their hotel. They want large corporate group events which brings in people that haven't the slightest idea of where they are, or it's storied past & with that have no respect for the property or the staff. I grew up at the Breakers & so did our children. There is no denying what we have witnessed. Just remember when you lower your standards, you lower your expectations. Be careful what comes next...

As always, since Echo opened it did not disappoint. The service. Food, specialty drinks were all excellent. The new s'mores soufflés was even tastier than the prey chocolate soufflé. I highly recommend this restaurant for those who want a premium high end Palm Beach experience.

Absolutely outstanding Asian fusion cuisine, one of the best restaurants in West Palm IMO. First timers should get the chef's sampler and be done with it. Really great food and overall dinner experience.

Food was really great and there was a wide selection on the menu. Our server was very attentive. Wine list is a little bit short, would prefer them to allow outside wine to be brought in with a corkage fee, which they presently do not allow.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day here, love everything about this place. From the service, to the location and food, everything was on point. Definitely recommend the Short Rib Bao Buns, spicy margarita, spicy salmon roll and the Banana Spring Rolls for desert.
