We arrived for dinner and had a few minute wait while they checked to make sure the table was ready and then led us to the table on the patio. It was dark while we were there, so the buildings in the distance were all lit up and it was a pretty view.
For appetizers, I had the lobster corn soup and my wife had her go to, French onion. Both of us loved our appetizers, but those flat spoons are a pain and make eating the soup a chore.
For mains, I ordered the ribeye medium and my wife the petite filet medium. My wife's filet came out as expected, my steak was medium on one side and as you cut through the steak it became more and more rare. For sides, we ordered the off the cob corn and the mushrooms.
So our biggest problem was the flavor, or lack thereof. When I took my first taste of my steak (a piece that was cooked medium) I was instantly disappointed as there was no flavor. There was a tinge of a seasoning, but it reminded me of that stuff they put on steaks at Outback Steakhouse. Me being a total carnivore and steak lover, did not finish my meal and asked for a box. My wife also did not finish her filet as she said that it had no flavor.
The mushrooms also were very bland, but the corn off the cob was great. I know it was just corn, but the salt they used made it so good!!
We live in S FL and have been to all the great steakhouses here as well as most of the chains over time. We are happy to pay for great food and great experience, but with that comes expectation and Flagler fell short. The quality of food vs the price is greatly misaligned.
I would honestly put Longhorn Steakhouse's ribeye above Flagler's any day of the week...it was that bland, boring and as I stated undercooked.
The waitress never asked us how our meal was, if it was cooked to order, or anything.
When we got home I realized I had not taken a picture of my steak to post, so I pulled out the left over container and snapped a photo before feeding the leftovers to the dog.

My only criticism for this restaurant is that the food came too quickly. Our reservation was for 545 and we were finish three courses appetizer, main course and dessert and we're on the way home one hour and 15 minutes later. Slow it down a bit and it would've been perfect.
The Flagler is ALWAYS fabulous, from the cuisine to the ambience to the STAFF!!!! They are All Amazing!!!
Awesome meal. Best lobster I have ever had and maybe best filet also. Service was great as well. Can't recommend enough.
The food was excellent, very tasteful and well displayed. The staff were all very friendly and engaging. It made our visit a wonderful experience and one to remember!
Perfect atmosphere for a steakhouse, but super loud. Food was good but way overpriced hotel prices.
Superb experience from start to finish, just as we expected. Our server was very attentive and knew the menu well. She made spot on suggestions. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and it may have been the best aged beef I have ever had. The wine list is astounding! Highly recommend but be prepared for the pricing—you get what you pay for though.
Sat outside on a wonderful evening. Food was great and the Waitress Dawn was wonderful. It was a special evening for our vacation

The service was top notch and the food was excellent. The filet and sea bass were outstanding, along with the most incredible mashed potatoes we've ever tasted. Beautiful views from the patio seating overlooking the golf course.
The ambiance is VIBRANT. People are there to enjoy the fabulous service and dining experience. I prefer venues to be a little quieter but happy diners surrounded us so expect it and go with it. Sliced beef tenderloin, chilean sea bass and the strip steak were all enjoyed by our guests. The quality of the corn and asparagus were delightful, flavorful, perfectly prepared. The cheesecake is a standout in the world of cheesecakes - light, fluffy, melts in your mouth.
Wonderful experience! The service is exceptional, the staff met all of my food restrictions while keeping the integrity of the dish. Our server Christine is so pleasant and what wonderful manners. Just a bit dark had to use phone light to see menu, as did other guest.
Great service. Second time dining. Excellent food.
