Nice experience, pleasant vibe, nothing extraordinary. The pizza was very good, not mind blowing. The dessert was good, especially Tiramisu.

One of the best meals I've had in years! Short rib was to die for so was the truffle pasta. I eat out most nights and I'm rare to complain, even rarer to say one of my best meals!!! It was worth the trip

Eat two nights in a row, first night was for our 40th anniversary and the second night because we did not want to leave this wonderful resort. The waitstaff is excellent, so accommodating, second meal they allow us to order off the bar menu, awesome smash burger. I can not recommend this place more.

My food from the meat to the fish came out very cold and the patio should add some type of music playing is set the ambience. Very nice venue and very nice bahr but I'm not sure I'll be back.

By all standards excellent and what you'd expect from a restaurant at a Four Seasons hotel. Food was delicious (albeit small portions for a high price), and the service top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I really liked Flories. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the restaurant area felt calm and relaxed, with a nice crowd.

The bar area felt a bit tense and uncomfortable, so I didn’t stay long, but the dining area itself was fantastic.

Overall, great experience …I’d definitely recommend it.

Florie's was a complete disaster. The restaurant kitchen was closed because evidently Four Seasons fired Mauro Colagreco but didn't reopen with a new restaurant. They just didn't tell anyone. So, Four Seasons Palm Beach switched the menu (in high season no less!) to the Room Service menu - but kept the restaurant open without any disclaimer for external reservations on OpenTable and the hostess didn't say anything nor was there any sign. Instead we were seated and were taken aback when we were offered a club sandwich. The menus were mislabeled ('coconut curry soup' was labeled as having dairy and shellfish, but after we inquired we were told it is Vegan) and the soup was cold. There was no bread (it had to come from breakfast leftovers) and we received mediocre starters 30 minutes after ordering (because it all had to traipse in from the room service kitchen). We got up to leave and the manager fessed up and disclosed that yes, it was the Room Service menu and that the actual Florie's kitchen was closed. Who does that? Worse yet, for an establishment like the Four Seasons not to follow up (we left our contact info) and explain/apologize was even more egregious. Truly extraordinary - and not in the good sense.

While we stay four seasons palm beach, we went Flores for dinner. The chef who runs this restaurant’s also owns 3 star Michelin restaurants in French. Food is amazing and ofc the top notch four season’s service. We ordered a light dinner with pizza and flories farmer salad with hummus , the salad is amazing and pizza is delightful! Let me tell you - This place make the best bread! And there is even a poem to the bread hahah only French chef will do this 😻😻 see the pic of the poem - let just say the bread is well deserve this poem ;)

The bread seems like spelt flour bread but it is not, the waiter so knowledgeable explain how they make the bread it is quite sophisticated. I do not normally eat bread but I had half of this and took rest back to room ate them all .

We going Friday again will try other dish I will update my review 😻

The menu said that there was an egg and omelet station but there was not. Drinks were not included and still had to pay $15 for valet parking. This was surprising since the price per person was over $200 for the Christmas brunch.

One of the worst breakfasts I have ever had. Bad on all accounts.

This is definitely a restaurant to celebrate special occasions, which was our reason for going.
