wonderful experience and food was interesting, a mix between mediterranean and french. Wonderful service Marcus was absolutely amazing and attentive!
This is definitely a restaurant to celebrate special occasions, which was our reason for going.
Always an amazing experience at Florie's. Paul our server was attentive and knowledgable. Felipe the server assistant was a pleasure to be around and fun to talk to. David the food runner explained all of the dishes when he brought them to the table and Vincent the General Manager took the time to come and check in on our experience. Christian the mixologist made really wonderful cocktails. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a superb dining experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Florie's. The staff was friendly and very personable. The food was exceptional and we look forward to dining there again.
Classic Four Seasons experience; The only thing that rivals the wonderful weather is the service & Hospitality.
Breakfast buffet was fresh, and flavorful

The service and atmosphere were excellent, my only drawback was the food. We decided to go for the summer discovery menu and it wasn't what we expected; it was bland food.
What a lovely dinner! We had a long weekend and took advantage to visit Palm Beach. Their 3 courses summer menu was exceptional. Rolfete took amazing care of us and Vincent paired some delightful wine with it.
Wife and I were staying at hotel for baby moon. Our server was great. Drinks were solid and mocktails had great variety. They have a good variety of on and off menu items across meat and sea food. The bread that comes out before dinner is incredible and very fresh. No detail was left unattended and allergies were diligently respected

Very original and creative menu and overall great dining experience. Everything we had was delicious. Our waiter, Marcus, was excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu. All of his suggestions were spot on! Would definitely return.
Dine in comfort while enjoying the relaxing ocean views. Delicious menu items crafted with amazing flavors and prompt service. Our server fiorouwo is always smiling and very knowledgeable about each menu items and we love his recommendations. No wonder he has been there for 16 years. Love every piece of this restaurant
I always have a hard time leaving a review for a sophisticated restaurant that’s attached to a luxury property…it’s always “ good “. The staff is always “ good “ - the food is always “ good “ - everything is always just good. The staff knows that most likely they will never see the guests again - the cooks and the chefs know the same…the manager will always politely smile and most likely not remember the guest unless the guests are regulars at the property. Everything is different with Flories. In my humble opinion - this is the best kept secret in Palm Beach. We had a hand full of wonderful local restaurants a few years ago, fortunately / unfortunately, we’ve gotten a number of new comers who are trying to out do each other and be the best they can be to the local community…Flories isn’t playing by those rules. Since their opening about 5 or 6 years ago or so - they never looked at competing eateries to try and take business away - they never took inspiration from local menus to try to serve the same but better product - they simply built a rock star team and did their own thing, and they are absolutely fantastic at it! Sure - I hope this review can validate the quality of the restaurant to the Four Seasons guests, but my point of writing this is really for all of our local friends that are stuck going to the same old places habitually. First off - Vincent ( the GM ), was BORN to run a restaurant and hospitality is in his blood. I’ve yet to dine there or ever go for a drink - without him treating me like I am the most important person he’s ever had at his restaurant… and I am a nobody. Money can NOT buy hospitality like that. This weekend, my wife and I had the pleasure of dining there once again - and I just had to say something in a review - which I rarely do: Our server was Marcus - who, just like Vincent did not skip a beat in regards to hospitality…the dude CARED for the product he was serving, along with the integrity of the business and most importantly for my wife and I. Sure - he is a tipped employee - but you could tell it wasn’t about the tips, it was about providing us with the most wonderful time. I do have to mention Ilphonse - I believe he was a food runner…just like the rest of the team - he was truly wonderful and I wanted to adopt him as my new best friend! As far as the chef and the kitchen staff… I won’t saying anything apart from WOW! If I start going into the dishes and how great everything was - my fingers will fall off from typing. I guess the point of the story is: Flories an all around the most underrated restaurant for the locals and deserves much more local recognition then it has. If you are a local and actually took the time to read this whole thing - please do yourself a favor and stop in there for a nice dinner or even just a cocktail. Coming from a local - TRUST me - it’s worth every moment of your life. Bravo Flories. Bravo!
