We arrived with my whole family together to celebrate my mother's birthday, we were waiting 5 minutes standing for the host Valeria at the bar outside facing the sea... and they didn't allow us to sit down because they were 15 minutes away from opening. A regrettable experience for a Four Season, being customers of the chain around the world... we went to celebrate at another restaurant.
The Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is a slice of oceanfront luxury that nails the Palm Beach vibe—elegant yet chill, with a private beach and two gorgeous pools (the adults-only one is a quiet oasis). Rooms are plush and modern, with balconies that let you soak in the sea views, and the bed feels like sleeping on a cloud—classic Four Seasons comfort. Dining’s a treat—Florie’s brings Michelin-star flair with fresh, local flavors, and Seaway’s seafood hits the spot right by the waves, though the menu can feel a tad limited if you’re picky. Service is top-notch, with staff who anticipate your every need, from poolside fruit skewers to booking a last-minute spa day (the Ocean Bliss massage is a must). Downsides? It’s pricey—think $1,000+ a night plus a resort fee—and parking’s a squeeze unless you valet. It’s a trek from downtown Palm Beach too, so you’re kinda locked into the resort bubble, but with bikes on loan and a killer Kids Club, you won’t miss much. Perfect for a luxe escape if you’ve got the cash!

Didn't get any interior shots, but they are beautiful. The pools and beaches are fantastic. Best place to be in Florida.
Rooms: Well appointed room. Beds are perfect for this side sleeper.

Royal Poinciana meeting room
Room setup and welcome area were flawless.
Food and bar service staff were professional and prompt.
Kudos to PHARNOD (sp) from Haiti and also to DIANA from Cali, Colombia.
Alan from France was a wonderfully warm individual as well.
My past employment background was in the cruise industry as a sales/marketing executive.
I enjoy complimenting professional service staff as I'm aware of the high standards that The Four Seasons organization strives for daily.
Bravo to all three!!!

I stay in the hotel for a wedding and service was amazing. Food exquisite. Front desk staff who received us was the type of person that you’ll want to hire for your own company.

Rooms: This experience was disappointing for a luxury hotel, loud, overcrowded with marginal service.
