Peking duck tacos, cod lettuce cups and spicy tuna were all perfect first bites. Would recommend the rolls or sashimi. Each nigiri had a lot of wasabi on every piece that overpowered the fish, maybe just an off night.. Regardless service, ambiance, food all make this one of the best restaurants you can choose in Palm beach

We are regulars at Buccan because it overs a fantastic culinary experience all of the time. This was our first experience at Imoto. Another spectacular restaurant from this group. Absolutely loved the food, atmosphere and service. Our server Desiree' was exceptional - charming personality and keen knowledge of the menu to assist first time diners. The menu is expansive and very creative. We would order just about everything described and look forward to returning to further explore the menu on our next visit. The restaurants created by Clay Conley are the best in Palm Beach and just keep getting better. Congratulations.

Good place to get sushi, sashimi and taste Japanese drinks. One of my favorite to order is tuna sliders and chocolate desert. The only complaint is that the restaurant sets its A/C to extreme cold!
We were sat at an awkward table near the door despite the restaurant being completely and having reservations avaliable (we narrowly missed ours so just walked in).
The drink was wonderful but the food was just okay. The kimchi pork belly fried rice was way too salty, and that’s coming from a salt-lover. The sushi wasn’t wonderful, and the Peking duck tacos were just alright. I’m glad to have tried it but we all much preferred buccan. I’ve had better experiences at cheap sushi places over the bridge.

Very good sushi restaurant, with a not too extensive but carefully selected menu that offers great choices. Apart from the sushi rolls that were excellent, the lobster potstickers were out of this world, they literally melt in your mouth. The service was great. Overall a fantastic experience. Will return.

The food presentation and preparation exceeded the industry standard they take pride in their work and service was amazing we had been to Buccan the week before and while having dinner the manager stopped by and thanked us for coming back This is a class act

Ordered food from Imoto for the first time. Although the good ordered was great taste wise, my daughter suffered from food poisoning within couple of hours, throwing up all she ate. The sashimi was what she ate mostly, as none of us in the family ate that.
I am not sure about the fresh & raw fish handling standards at the restaurants. That said, it did leave us with a poor experience. I will give it another shot another time, perhaps in winters.
Great food. Love the atmosphere, the service is great. Ashley was an incredible bartender and server! Will definitely be back. The Corn Agnolotti. Omg!!!! Not to mention the spicy edamame ?

Spectacular sushi/sashimi with interesting combinations & wonderful sautéed vegetable combinations. Only my 2nd time but I'd like to come back more frequently even for a roll & 2 vegetable sides. Also, it all adds up but prices are moderate for the quality. Incredible sake, service, vibe & ambiance made for a spectacular evening. We promise to up our frequency!
Honestly, their sushi was bad. Fishy. The uni was NOT fresh. The Toro which should be buttery and rich tasting was dull and fishy. We walked away hoping we didn't get sick from it :( The highlight was the mushroom and broccolini dish, that was wonderful. The waygu beef was also very good, if you took off the sauce. Way too much sauce on it.

Per the usual, it was an Excellent time. The food and and service were beyond great. I highly recommend this as one of the favorites for sushi in Palm Beach. The Sashimi, Sushi rolls and entrees are always Amazing! The service couldn't be any better and always great to interact with. Definitely planning to always continue to return.
